If I could rate this place a 10 star, I would.

First, I’ll start with the food: Very healthy, fresh, filling, and high quality bowls. We got the Bulgogi bowl (small) and the chicken teriyaki bowl (large). Honestly, even the small is perfectly portioned and keeps you full. The Strawberry Hibiscus (Shia Fresca) is super tasty and refreshing. My favorite out of all the drinks. Thank you to the woman at the restaurant for letting us sample all 3 flavors!

Second, the atmosphere: Although I got take out, I went and placed my order so I waited about 10ish minutes for my food to be ready. The place is super clean, has a good amount of seating, and pretty/ bright decor.

Third, the owner: I didn’t get his name but the owner happened to be there when we pulled up. I went with my 11 year old son and the owner (he is Korean) was speaking perfect Spanish! I love the diversity and the blending of all the cultures (Korean + Japanese, featuring latin features like the aguas frescas ). The owner interacted with my son and I and even gave us a popular/ VERY delicious Japanese drink & a banana Korean drink to try and keep for free. Super kind and generous person. My son wouldn’t stop talking about how the owner was the nicest man and now he wants to go to Japan to drink this particular drink every day 😂

the food at this place is literally amazing!! i went with my sister, we noticed this place when a man (assuming it’s the owner) came up to us and gave us a menu explaining what the restaurant serves. we finally got the chance to go after a few months and we were raving about how we couldn’t believe it took us so long to come here! the service was excellent and the food was SO GOOD!! we got two small bowls: jeyuk spicy pork bowl and the chicken teriyaki bowl. they were so good not at all too salty everything was seasoned to perfection and felt so healthy. we tried the shrimp tempura sushi rolls which were amazing, and got 2 aguas frescas. everything was so good this is definitely going to become a regular...

The owner who greeted us at the register was absolutely the kindest man. He treated our family so well. He took care of our kids and jumped in to make sure they had the tools to use their chopsticks for their sushi as well as drink. He was incredibly generous as we got our orders and truly made the experience one where even now we feel such a blessing to have gone here after a very long trip. He had no idea we had come back from a dear friends funeral and had a very emotional week prior. But he took care of us and served us an incredible meal while being so hospitable towards us.
