New yak city and the store's owner are awesome. I live down in portland and Last year I was planning a trip to Colorado to do some riding. Last minute I decided I wanted a new board. so I looked in town and couldn't find what i wanted. I turned to the Internet thinking it was a lost cause because of how soon I had to jump on a plane. I found new yak city online and they had the exact board I was looking for so I called them up. The owner and I talked about my situation and time crunch.
