I stop by here 2 or 3 times a year when I am visiting from NJ. I like to purchase the hand made Cherokee items to collect and to give as gifts. There is a wide variety of handmade items here. I've purchased beautifully crafted wood bowls and carvings, bead jewelry, mats, dream catchers, carved stone, baskets, and very collectable Amanda Swimmer, H. Long, and Bigmeat black pottery. Some of the service personnel are extremely helpful when I ask the history of an item and its crafter. I am always interested in the Cherokee family relationships. Handmade arrows, slingshots, pea shooters, jewelry, even a leather dream catcher key chain are some of the affordable things I've bought my children over the years. I was in there shopping around and had spent more than 30 minutes 15 of that with one girl helping me. I asked the girl for her help again and she had me wait, which was just fine no problem.
