It's super annoying when you try to be a pleasant dissatisfied customer and the sales reps are the ones with the poor attitude. I placed my order on Dec. 15th, it didn't ship until Jan 21st. Not exactly the 1-2 wks processing as stated on the site. I had to call so many times for the status that I honestly believed the site was a scam! When I finally called and got a person (best time is mid morning) I was promised shipment within the week. The ring arrived 2 weeks later. I Skyped my husband (stationed overseas) to show him his new ring (which was actually a nice ring (Brutus design)). But he had a surprise for me... he had bought his own ring by then! I returned TW's ring and kindly requested that the processing fee be waived seeing as how I was returning the ring because their "processing" was inconsistent with their guarantee. Lisa recited the return policy and refused the $20 waiver. Her supervisor, Carlos, did the same and refused to take any responsibility for the company's horrible communication and late shipment. He actually tried to convince me that it was shipped within a week when I had the confirmation info right in front of me! But it didn't end there. Even though I was still within the 45 day time frame for returns, he made a statement about ME waiting so long to ship the ring back! To describe the customer service as poor would be a gross misrepresentation. It was deplorable! After an exhaustive search for a ring that would represent my commitment to my family and be a constant reminder to of their love for me and my love for them, I came across Tungsten World and the search was over.
