First time and last time buying furniture from here. We just remodeled our home and wanted higher end furniture. We bought 3 sofas and a recliner. It all went downhill from there. Right after the furniture was delivered, the recliner motor gave up. We also noticed one of the sofas was defective. I called and set up a date for the repairs. Of course when the first technician showed up “I need to order parts.” Parts were ordered and another repair date was set up. The technician arrived and fixed the recliner. However, he was unable to repair the sofa. I had to call again for an appointment to fix the sofa. We scheduled an appointment for a Tuesday morning. I got a last minute text from the technician saying he had a family emergency and rescheduled for that Friday morning. I received another late notification that he would be at my home on Friday evening. That was unacceptable. Friday night is family time and I have yet to get a new appointment. I’ve called Lazyboy several times only to be transferred, hung up on or flat out lied to. I called several times to speak with a supervisor and “none are available.” How nice to work without a supervisor. I’ve given this company too many opportunities to fix their mistake but have been unsuccessful. I even tried to email their corporate office but the system would not accept my email. I filled out every box correctly and the system responded “the page failed to load.” I tried sending the same email on another cel phone and computer with the same result. I know this will generate a “rubber stamp” response from the company. Bla, bla, bla, but you try to email them and see if it goes thru. I expect this type of treatment from living spaces but not...

His knowledge and customer service were exceptional...no pressure to buy, just very helpful. A couple months later, we were looking for additional furniture. Yorba Linda store didn’t have the particular item we wanted to see on display, so we visited another Lazy Boy Store to see if they had the item on display. During our visit to this other store, we came to appreciate Dylan even more because the service at this other store was not nearly as customer service oriented or knowledgeable as our past experience with Dylan. We returned to Dylan’s store in Yorba Linda and he helped us purchase a couple more recliners, couch with sleeper, side table, and pillows. We spent hours in the store, never once feeling pressure to hurry with our selection or to buy. Once again, Dylan’s customer service and professional demeanor stood out as exceptional. He checked on us often, but also left us alone enough to explore. He answered our questions, gave us advice when asked, and made us feel at home in his store. We also had the opportunity to interact with Daisy during this visit and she too was very helpful and knowledgeable. Daisy helped with the final purchase details that evening after we had to run home to get a color sample from our home. When we returned, Dylan had already gone off duty, so Daisy pulled up our order that Dylan had saved and completed the sale for him. Their great teamwork and cooperative attitude made our entire experience very pleasant. Read moreWe walked in the La-Z-Boy interested in purchasing a sofa. Fortunately for us, lazy boy was having a renovation sale so we were in luck for a deal. We were approached by Nancy in which we found very nice polite. We fell in love instantly with a couch and started talking numbers with Nancy. The couch was a little bit bigger than what we wanted, but luckily it was in sections which meant it could be broken down. I further proceeded to negotiate with Nancy and ask if we could only have three out of the four pieces. She asked her boss and came back with a YES. We were elated as the couch is beautiful and very comfortable. We opted out for the white glove service since i have a pick up truck and could picked it up the following day ourselves. Since the model that we bought was a floor model we were very interested in switching two of the cushions out as it seemed that one section of the couch was used a lot for testing out. Nancy was very sweet and made sure to switch the cushions out upon our arrival the next day. Finally what made me give this experience a five star was when we went to pick up the couch the following day, Nancy was so sweet and even helped us move out the pieces to the front using a floor dolly where my pick up was parked. This person went above and beyond in service And willingness. I will definitely go back and purchase...
