I found it strange that very few items were priced, the store only accepted cash payment, and one of the women working there was following me around the store as I was browsing, which made me feel uncomfortable and gave off an unfriendly vibe.
The weirdest part for me was: I picked up a Dansko sneaker to look at the price and the tag just said “Poshmark 104$ eBay 86$” i don’t know if that meant they were going to charge close to this amount at the counter because they googled how much a used Dansko sneaker sells for online. In that case, maybe you should rename your business “Ypsilanti Boutique Shop” and drop “thrift” from the name. Just because something is a name brand doesn’t mean it needs to cost more. It is still used and the people shopping here probably aren’t trying to spend 80$+ on used sneakers. You could buy a new pair of Danskos for almost the same amount. And also - these are donated items!
In any case, it was well organized, but it felt off shopping here.
I would recommend The Thrift Depot or New2U again on Carpenter for better deals...

Just arrived, on a Saturday, a full 20min before the end of posted business hours looking for jewelry items; but met at the door with a scowling "We're closing." I said, "Oh, I'm sorry." So my wife, son, and I turned around in the doorway and walked out with our $125 ... and any future possibility of business. If your intent was to bail early, then change your posted hours of business to reflect it. "Sat.: OPEN till 1p," indeed. Try 12:40p; or "Likely open till 1p;" or "Probably...

Not impressed with the selections too.
It was unfortunate as we were excited! Ownership should focus on genuine friendliness and good products and people...
