Horrible experience, i ordered a pairs of specific shoes for my daughter for family pictures. They sent me a completely different style shoe different color wave. I reached out spoke with everyone from the front desk to the people in charge of online i explaining the situation and that i will have to go purchase new black shoes for my daughter for pics being they sent me white and gold shoes smh. They claimed they would be in contact that was almost a week ago no had reached out. I sent them back for exchange I am still waiting for the shoes i want and paid for to arrive. I had been looking for a specific shoe for months and had no luck until I stumbled upon Puffer Red's online. Oh, maybe adding that I'm in Houston, TX may be helpful too.

Anyway, I placed my order and the next day I realized I chose the wrong size. I called and spoke with someone in customer service and they made sure to check for the size I needed, said they had it and that it was no problem.

Good customer service is hard to come by but that sealed the deal for me. I will definitely be ordering again AND telling everyone I know about...
