Claire's — Local services in Yuba City

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I went in a week ago tomorrow and they were beyond rude. After she wiped the area clean she just stared at us. Didn’t even say a word, like ok you guys ready? Nothing. She got rude with my husband when he didn’t understand a question she was asking. She kept telling my sister in law very rudely to hold my daughters head still. She then got the marks on and did one ear. The back didn’t even attach, she walks away saying “idk how I’m gonna do this”. Gets it put on and sits there and stares at my daughter while she’s crying. I said can we please finish so I can feed ? She then walks away again saying “this feels like torture” goes and talks to what I would assume was the manager for about 5 minutes. Who mind you was also extremely rude explaining the piercing process. She comes back I said “can you please just do this so I can feed her” she does it then just walks away and not another word was said. I was so upset I didn’t even ask her name but...

I love coming into Claire’s in the Yuba Sutter Mall, they have the cutest accessories for great deals and the customer service is SO nice. The Store Manager is so sweet every time I come in, as well as the Assistant Managers, Maria and Anastaysia, they are always greeting with big smiles and always help to find what I’m looking for. I come by the store just to get some of their sunshine, they’re always so nice and positive. I was sad to hear a mother got upset at the managers for the act of her kids misbehaving, management is doing their jobs and protecting their store from items leaving without purchase. But I will always be returning to Claire’s, even just to say hi and brighten my day. I APPRECIATE...

If you want to be harassed by the manager here and get accused of stealing this is your place to go! I received such horrible customer service while shopping here and on top of that, they followed me out of the store to the next. Now it seems this is definitely not their first time doing this and sadly it won’t be the last, as long as the manager continues to be there. I am not the kind of person to leave reviews but my experience at this Claire’s was definitely atrocious. I’m just wondering what day of the week one needs to shop there to get that 5 star experience?This is what Claire’s believes is worth management position?
