Marshalls — Local services in Yuba City

Yesterday I went to Marshall’s and bought shoes that said $29.99 and I was super happy to find these shoes because they were on my wishlist for a long time. So I took the shoes home and I checked the receipt and I was charged $99.99. In the store I did not check the price because the cashier and I were surprised to see these shoes at Marshall’s. We both laughed and I made a joke saying she should grab these before they are all sold out. When I checked the shoes at home they had two tags. One on top of the shoe and one underneath the shoe. I checked it over and over and took the shoe back to the store today and they told me they will not “match” the price when the price was actually written on the shoe. Yes the cashier should’ve looked at the two tags and I didn’t look under the shoe because I looked at the price written on top. I am super disappointed and do not want to ever go back to this yuba city Marshall’s ever again. I love marshals and I go there every week because it makes me happy but this experience changed everything and I will not go back to this place again. Very bad...

I have recently returned to live in Yuba City, after living in Missouri for a year and a half. Marshalls has always been one of my, " go to " stores. Always organized, always clean, and 9 times out of 10, I find what I am looking for at Marshalls. Today I would like to talk about their outstanding customer service. Before I moved to Missouri, I went in to Marshalls to pick up an item. I searched the department, and could not find what I was looking for. I then found , RAMIN, working the floor. He took me directly to what I was needing. A very, very pleasant man. Fast forward 1 1/2 yes. My first visit back to Yuba City Marshalls, since my return ..same senerio, and guess who was there to help me,??....RAMIN!! Again , he took me directly to what I needed, very pleasant and helpful. How fortunate this store is to have caring, approachable, knowledgeable, clerks...

We went into the location today for the first time and were pleasantly surprised! Although we went in hoping to return something bought at TJ Maxx (we couldn’t they only accept Marshalls returns) we did some browsing around the store and it was so CLEAN AND NICE AND NEAT! They had so many items in the shelf and everything looked great in the aisles, everything was orderly and just great. Lots of cute seasonal items for Valentine’s Day, St Patrick’s Day and Easter!! Lots of good deals and lots of good shopping to be had. And the employee that helped us when I asked about my return was nice and helpful. We would definitely visit this...
