Stood right at the greeters for a little longer than what should have been necessary. When we were finally seated it was probably about 10-15 minutes before the greeter came to take our drink order. She brought us our drinks shortly there after apologized & said that our server would be with us shortly. We sat waiting while the large group that was seated one table over from us was tended to by 4 servers. I finally asked the customer in the booth next to our table if he had been served or was waiting for his check because he was there with his children when we were seated. He told me that he had been there for an hour and a half and that it took them 45 minutes just to come take his order. I understand that they may have been sort handed however the fact that the large group seated not 5ft from where we were had 4 servers and not one of them even acknowledged us once for the 45 minutes that we were there is very disappointing. We finally decided to go back to the greeters desk and ask for the check for our 2 drinks. The server that was at the greeters desk went to talk to her manager (one of the 4 servers tending to the larger group) and said not to worry about the drinks and apologized. Another group overheard my conversation with the server and asked what happened. I told them how long we were there and what the guy in the booth next to us said about his wait to be served and they said "thanks for the warning"...
Read moreJust don't go to the one in Yuba City, CA. Went there yesterday and had the worst experience I think I can ever recall in a restaurant. Sat down ordered drinks and that was about the only thing they did right was bring those. Ordered appetizer and two burgers. After a good amount of time waiter brings out burgers doesn't even recall us ordering appetizer. We remind him he says oh yeah I'll go get those. Told him never mind burgers are already here asked for some ranch for the French fries. Ranch never comes so just ate fries plain. No napkins brought with meal had to keep going to bar to grab drink napkins to use. Ordered pickles and mayonnaise on burger neither was put on burger. Sat through whole meal with empty drinks. Ask for manager she could careless just says sorry....like sorry about it better luck next time. Told her sorry isn't acceptable answer so she took a minimal amount off bill. Then after we are almost done with meal waiter brings out ranch for the fries that were gone already and wrong drinks for refills. Got us mixed up with the table of four he was making sure got good service. The burger was good just not like I ordered it. But don't know if I'll be going back don't get much time to go out and with things to tight nowadays don't like to...
Read moreThis place is a joke. I overheard an employee I’m not sure of the employees name but I do know the two managers names who were mistreating this poor employee. Brandon and gabby. First off I witnessed Brandon walk away from his employee when they were asking a question about work. How unfair is that? He walked away shaking his head and extremely mad. Now let’s talk about gabby. I have been a semi-regular for about 8 months because I love wings. But slowly over time she has been ruining the experience for me. Her attitude towards guests and employees have been inexcusable. She is comparable to a circus clown. I’m not trying to be rude but this place has turned into a joke because of these people. Gabby shouldn’t be in her position as a manager she’s rude to guests and has a bad attitude problem. Not to mention when I was younger I worked food business and food safety states you need to keep good hygiene do what you want with that information but cmon bdubs do better. How can her above management allow this at an establishment at any other job her behavior towards guests and her own workers would be a fireable offense. I feel bad for these young workers who have to work at such a toxic work environment, very ashamed of this place. And yes this is the yuba...
