Feather Down Shopping Center — Local services in Yuba City

Very clean everywhere..well lit..safe..all the stores are extremely clean and all of the ones I ha e shopped at have been a pleasant experience..the McDonald's in this center is by far the slowest..it does not have the amount of customers as others in town but it can take 29 minutes to go thru the drive thru with only 1 car in front of you and nobody inside either..the people working at the UPS store are the only people that have no idea what they are doing..the level of ignorance was so high that I will no longer be using UPS ever with my outgoing mail..I can't control all of what I receive..but I can't explain enough how terrible the 3 experiences I've had to go there have been..they just don't get it..and it's the same people..so even if they we're new 4 months ago there has been no progression in the level of service.. I give the UPS store here negative stars...other than that..this...

McDonalds. My Oder was wrong. I ended up leaving my husband eating his supper while I drove back. I handed the bag to Mgr. Asked him to remake my order. I know it takes at least 3 mins to fry a fish patty but he walked away and came right back. He obviously took the patties I had already ordered and simply put them in the frymaster while they made me a side order of tarter sauce and rewrapped them. I always order my fish Pattie’s with nothing on them no bread, no nothing and a side of tarter. The first time they forgot my tarter sauce. So refrying my fis dries it out and is not what I requested...

People assume this place is expensive because of rumors we used to believe too until we actually shopped there to look for more organic foods and Bel-Air actually has GREAT deals on some organic foods! Check it out, what do you have to lose? Oh and some of their bakery goods are AMAZING. I just wish they'd bring back bulk...
