I loved the owner/jeweler who passed away, and trusted him completely. May he rest in peace. He would be shocked and dismayed by the actions of his son who has stepped in to fill his father's brilliant and talented and honest shoes. I took my gold cross in to have the chain replaced. He quoted me one price then another. I discovered he had replaced the gold chain with a silver one. I asked him to give me back my previous chain. Much to my surprise, the chain was an inch shorter, had a metal clasp which I could no longer wear. When I checked with another jeweler to confirm my diamond was still .35 tcw, it was now .25tcw. I'm not saying he switched the diamond I had in there for 50 years that had been given to me by a dying friend who was like a father figure, but perhaps it dwindled in the months it took for him to return my call. Either way, I would strongly suggest a different jeweler. A reputation once lost is best left alone by the wise customer. I will never be back, just like my diamond will never return to my cross. Either way, I am heart sick. Mine is not the only cautionary tale, my friend had to track him down through his mother. The outcome of that scenario was neither pretty...

There may be good reviews here "BUT" try getting in the store...far to many times he's closed, store phone rings with no answer. I think this is "the parents store' and the son works it...."WHEN HES THERE". I had him fix an old watch, changed the works...but to many times he's not there. Three people were outside in the cold and wind today.. where was he at ????? I...

Had an expanding watchband other local places couldn't adjust, but they had no problem adjusting it here. Not only did they have me in and out with my watchband adjusted faster than the other places took to figure out they couldn't do it, but this place was cheaper too. I'll definitely be bringing all of my watches back here when they need...
