Sorry Juan Osorio for giving you a terrible review for your work, but you've earn it! Moreover, you promised us the chairs within two weeks and after one month trying to reach you with no results we decided to go to your shop, at which time you told us that you still did not get the fabric in. Because we needed the chairs soon we changed the fabric to what you had in stock and indicated that we wanted all gray chairs again. Two weeks later, when we went to pick up the chairs we saw that you put a black trim around the edge, as the included pictures show, without consulting us when you knew that we wanted all gray chairs, so you disregarded what we ask you to do. Also, we notice that thread was hanging loose from different parts of the chairs, also some areas of the trim were not finished and foam was exposed. The top and the bottom of the chairs were uneven looking very unprofessionally done, as the pictures indicate. We gave you the opportunity to redeem your work by changing the black trim to gray and you chose not to do it, You simply said "NO, it cannot be done" and you told us that if we did not want to pay for the chairs then leave the chairs, but the cost of the chairs was not worth leaving them there. Any way "Pictures speak more than words" Therefore, we're including pictures of the chairs in this review so that people can see for themselves the kind of work that you do and they can make their own mind, but I will not recommend you to anyone and perhaps we will tell them to run from you and find somebody else who cares about the quality of their work. By the way our daughter who does not know anything about upholstery was able to take one chair apart, and take the black trim off and put the chair back together again without the black trim, as shown in the picture below, which Juan refused to do. Had Juan replace my headliner in my 97 yukon, he was highly recommended i paid what he quoted , Less than a few months later the material was coming unglued in places i took it back he stated he would take care of it, I get it things happen, I had to wait till after Christmas because he was going on vacation everyone needs one. We didn't realize Juan had a website or we would have posted much sooner. My husband Bernie has classic cars and his buddies told him about Juan's work. Juan did work on our '93 40th Anniversary Corvette and it was perfect! He also replaced the headliner on my Chrysler T & C and it also came out beautifully. Anyone who asks us about upholstery repair or convertible repair or any interior work we always send them to Juan. Glad you're still there...
