The Visionary Venue — Attraction in Zephyrhills

I want to start by saying don’t let the niceness for you. I went ahead to take a look at the Venue and I spoke to the guy and he was very nice so I decided I’m gonna use that venue for my 30th birthday party. I schedule an appointment with her When I got to the Venue. I’m blowing her up texting her no response. I waited there for over an hour until I left when I almost got home was when she responded to me and I decided I was not gonna continue with her so I write her a nice message, but she said she could not refund me the money so I decided to continue with them to this whole process if I text her I get No response for days and then when she finally text me, it would be with some excuse, but she was so nice so I let it slide on the day of my on my event, she had agreed to set up everything. All I had to do is bring the stuff to her. She will set up everything for me, so yes, my guest didn’t show up on time but she could’ve left home. I was never told I was gonna be charged extra if she waited for me when she didn’t she left and then my guest once my guest came. I called her for her to come open the Venue. I make sure the Venue stay clean. Except some cake that was on the floor, which I think her husband dropped him because he was doing putting everything in the trash in that area but she decided that they’re going to keep my $250 deposit just because there was cake on the floor my gift that was brought to me was in the selfie room. No one went in the back. There was like 12 people in my party I can for fact say no one walked out with my gifts. No one went in the back area, except the husband I’m not saying he was the one who took it but my gift went missing when I asked to see the camera that was I was told was gonna be there 24 seven suddenly it was live recording only I could not see it so my deposit was stolen. The customer service communication was horrible N. My gifts was nowhere to be found and I could not get the camera to see what happened with my gifts.
