Most amazing hot chocolate and truffles ever!!! My wife and I were waiting for our movie to start at the cinema and we were early, so we went looking for some hot chocolate. Some police that were foot patrolling told us to just cross the street and go to Schakolad. I figured they would know, so we went and saw the most beautiful chocolate mixing machine, along with an amazing assortment of chocolates, but we didn't think they did hot chocolate. We smiled and started to head out when the lady asked if she could help us and I politely said we were just looking for some hot chocolate. She said, of course we have hot chocolate and pointed me to the cocoa bar. We almost missed the most amazing hot chocolate that I've ever tasted. This isn't some powdered Hershey's mix...this is the real deal. She put a full scoop of milk chocolate that was flowing from the mixer into a cup, added some hot water and milk and frothed it up, checking the temp with a hot gun to make sure it was just right. OMG!!! I spent 6 years in Italy, 3 years in Germany and never, have I ever tasted such a chocolate delight as I did that day. My wife was flabbergasted by the amazingly rich taste...and the personal touch. We already drank it by the time we got to the cashier...it was that good and perfectly heated. DO NOT PASS THIS PLACE UP...you will be doing yourself an injustice. Schakolad is...

Delicious! Just discovered this place after an online search. On a trip to Orlando, we visited the Chocolate Kingdom and my husband fell in love the the Meechu Snacks (which is just a half of a puff marshmallow dipped in chocolate. This choclaterie is part of the same brand of chocolate as the Orlando location.

I called ahead of time and spoke with a cheerful and knowledgeable man named Todd. After describing what I was after, he said they have something similar except that they make their own marshmallows - Ok, even better! So I drove there from Fishers and when I got there, Todd was so nice. I tried a sea salt caramel ... incredible, and a yummy vanilla biluttercream. Both were delicious. He packaged up these chocolate covered marshmallows for me and I got three more items because it all looked so good. I HIGHLY recommend the campfire bar ... so good! I can't wait to try the hot chocolate bomb! If you are looking for high quality chocolate, this is for you!

UPDATE: Went back for more high quality chocolate for my husband. The lovely lady at the counter was so sweet and helpful! She took her time telling me about everything I asked about, and even gave me some free samples. Turns out she is one of the owners. She clearly puts her heart and hard work into her business. Love this place, delicious chocolate treats, and absolute best customer...

A hidden gem that many locals don't seem to know about! If you're in the Trader's Point area, make a point to stop in, even if it's just for the free smells (but I doubt you'll leave empty-handed). They add new items, rotate things seasonally, and have daily specials. They even offer ice cream, hot chocolate and coffee.

This is a great place to buy unique gifts for family, friends or co-workers. You can have gifts created with your company logo, or simply buy themed sets such as golf, nursing, teaching, etc. They sell chocolate chess boards, footballs, pianos.... the options are simply incredible!

There are a few tables and chairs outside so in the warmer months this is a unique place to get a great cup of coffee or enjoy your purchases...
