Subway — Restaurant in Zionsville

i recently ordered online for pickup. The meatball Sandwich was missing cheese. green peppers were overloaded but I didn't order it (allergy). the chips were missing. everything was right on the receipt. I called the store and was transferred to the manager who couldn't understand me nor I him. the experience was terrible. I was told I could pickup another replacement but I had to come and pick it up (I was told they couldn't deliver it).since I didn't have a car I didn't want to walk over there in the cold and dark. The last three orders have all been messed up. They mixed up toppings for a 6” sandwich and put them on the footlong sandwich, they’ve made order with incorrect breads, and the time before that, none of our sandwiches had sauces on them. I didn’t write a review the first two times because I was giving them the benefit of the doubt, but third time in a row is too much. It’s frustrating to bring the food home and opening the sandwich to find out that it’s been made incorrectly. I would refrain from using this location, it sucks because it’s the only one...

We go here a lot and its much better than any other subway I have been to. Employees are always friendly to us, including the owner. They are so fast, even if there is only one person making sandwiches they are not screwing around. I have been to other stores with 4 people not working as hard as everyone does here.
