Food was mediocre at best and took forever to come out. The udon barely had any flavour and was bland and there was literally only 3 tiny slices meat. I also ordered a rice triangle and it came with maybe a teaspoonful of salmon, what a joke. My food came out 30 minutes after ordering but my friend had to wait nearly 1 hour for the most sad looking fish dish I’ve ever seen. Servers weren’t even apologetic and just told us to wait. 1/ Mình đi 6 người, tới quán lúc 12h39, đợi tới 13h50 mới có đồ ăn, đi ăn trưa đợi 1 tiếng để có đồ ăn dù nhà hàng vắng khách???
2/ Gọi mì udon trứng hồng đào thì đem ra mì udon thiếu trứng, sau khi phản hồi thì đem ra mì udon trứng luộc??? lí do là vì sáng làm hư mẻ trứng hồng đào nên giờ phải luộc lại??? lấp liếm bằng cách không bỏ trứng, sau đó đưa trứng luộc?
= Không muốn bán thì đóng cửa nhà hàng, còn bán buôn thì đàng quàng tử tế dùm, thái độ bếp mất dạy kiểu này thì thay vì chạy ba cái event tăng 5 sao thì đuổi mẹ hết tụi nó đi. Chất lượng và thái độ không có thì lấp liếm kiểu gì?
P/s: Ngoại trừ bạn phục vụ tử tế xin lỗi liên tục dù không phải lỗi của bạn, thì những cái còn lại là không chấp nhận được.
The kitchen team at the Landmark 81 branch needs serious improvement, as their behavior was unacceptable.
1/ I came with a group of 6 people, arrived at 12:39 PM, but we didn’t receive our food until 1:50 PM. We came for lunch, yet waited an hour for food even though the restaurant was not busy.
2/ We ordered udon noodles with soft-boiled egg, but they brought us udon without the egg. When we asked about it, they returned with a hard-boiled egg instead, saying they ruined the batch of soft-boiled eggs in the morning and had to substitute. Instead of informing us honestly, they first tried to skip the egg, then brought a different kind.
= If the restaurant doesn’t want to serve properly, it should close. If it does, customers deserve proper respect. Instead of focusing on boosting 5-star reviews, get rid of such disrespectful kitchen staff. No amount of cover-up can make up for poor quality and attitude.

We ordered 3 different sashimi, surprise after 5 minutes they came back to us, 2 from 3 sashimis were sold out. Our edamame was served cold (straight from the fridge i guess) and we had to ask explicitly to get wasabi and ginger and spoons for miso soup. We regretted not going to the other sushi place across. Sushi Kei looked really nice but we were really disappointed....
