After living in Vietnam for several years, I’ve become quite particular about Vietnamese cuisine, especially Bun Cha, one of my all-time favorite dishes. I’ve tried it at countless places, but Bún chả Hà Thành by Hanoi Corner quickly became a standout.
Tucked away in a charming little alley, this restaurant was a true find. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the owner greeted me with such sincerity. She even asked for feedback during the meal, which shows how much pride she takes in her food and her dream of building something meaningful.
The Bun Cha was outstanding—everything tasted incredibly fresh, from the grilled pork to the herbs to the dipping sauce. The spring rolls were absolute perfection: crispy, not greasy, and full of flavor. The owner shared her philosophy that fresh spring rolls are best enjoyed hot and dipped right into the sauce….and she was absolutely right!
It’s rare to find a place that checks all the boxes: great food, affordable prices, spotless cleanliness, and genuine service. I stumbled upon it by chance, and now it’s my go-to spot for Bun Cha in the city. Highly, highly...
