Ốc Ghe — Restaurant in Ho Chi Minh City

This restaurant can replace my current list of Hall-Of-Fame seafood restaurant in District 1 Ho Chi Minh City.

Staffs are shy but friendly, Background music is not loud compared to other similar restaurants. Actually the taste is not such amazing (intermediate or a bit higher level than same-ranged restaurants), though, this restaurant differentiates itself from others by having atmosphere for eating.

Good for couples or small group. Not for a large group. Budget will not excess...

This place was pretty cool. A nice gastro pub eatery where locals go to nhậu and party. The Resturuant starts to pick up and get a bit rowdy around 8:30pm when most people arrive. The dishes were delicious with a variety of meats and seafood! A little on the pricey side but ok. Heaps of alcohol especially beer which the locals love to drink. Atmosphere was fun and vibrant with a clean interior. Great place to go...

Food here is good actually. With some nice music you can have a good weekend meal with your friends here. But the staffs is kinda lazy and not really well trained. I came in group of 4 and a backpack, and staffs just kinda think finding a place to put my backpack is my business not theirs. Customers cannot have good time here while they have to hold their backpack all the time...
