Tackle and Pet Haven Lifestyle Ltd — Local services in Lusaka Province

Shop is overpriced and staff has little information about their products. We went to buy a crate. The crate had no Label and no official information was available, giving the impression that they are selling second hand. Staff had little information about the Products, e.g. dimensions of the crate were not available etc. We later tried to return the product because the Dimensions were wrong and they were giving us a Story of not knowing how to do refunds and it would take 3 months. Apparently they didnt know how to use their own payment machine but were also making no effort to pick up the phone and call customer Service to inquire how to use the machine they have. The owner was abroad and there was apparently no Action Manager or someone in the Position to assist.

Sadly, one of the few pet Shops in Lusaka holding a bit of a Monopoly. All in all good amount of Stock whole overpriced but dont expect any information from the staff they are not Trainer on the products...

The young lady who attended to us was such a delight. I can admit I was too inquisitive and excited about getting my first fish, I wasn't even sure if I wanted to make a purchase. Despite all that she answered all my questions politely, she guided me through the whole process and was very patient. First time fish mommy to Parker(named after my late Cat) and Kisses 💋 (random name) so I needed alot of guidance.

I can describe it as a candy store for pet lovers. They have so many cool and amazing things it's like wow.

They are a little on the pricey side. My pockets itched a little😂 but honestly it doesn't hurt as much when the service is good. I always take it the extra penny is for the good service. I definately will visit again in the near future for pet accessories and probably...

They should rename it to Fish Haven. They sell onlu fishes, guinea pigs and rabbits as pet. But they hardly have any toys or accessories for guinea...
