vida e Caffè | East Park — Restaurant in Lusaka Province

Had the most horrible experience there. First of all their CoBB on their menu says blue cheese but apparently they’ve never used in blue cheese in it so I don’t even know why it’s on there. Second They also did not have avocado for it oh and completely forgot to add spring onion. thirdly i was told my salad would be ready in 10 minutes but somehow that ended up being an hour later As if that’s not enough the Waiter insisted on me paying for the COBB salad rudely that was missing half of its ingredients that’s on the menu when i refused to pay for it and when I asked to speak to the manager yoh was that another fight none of the waters wanted me to speak to the manger I had to wait for a good 30 minutes until they called him to my table. The atmosphere is fantastic but the energy of the staff and the food did not meet the standards of the place. Being my second time going there thought I'd get the same energy similar to Vida at Pinnacle. Ordered an omelette with feta, spinach and caramelised onions. Service was very slow with constant reminders. What I got is not what I expected with it being too salty being told there was no avocado after the food was served and being given margarine instead of butter. Obviously still settling into their new location at East park, a few tweaks here and there needed but I enjoyed my experience here. It has exactly what I expect a cafe to have; coffee, tea and light meals. Their waitrons are very helpful and friendly, quick with their suggestions and overall welcoming. I liked their environment and its theme, they have little snacks and other coffee(hot beverage) ingredients for sale at an affordable price.
