We are talking banking almost all banks have a branch here. Banks like Stanbic, NMB, StanChart, Steward, ZB, CBZ, First Capital, Ecobank, Cabs and so on have branches at Sam Levy. Major Hardware shops like electrosales are found here. All major supermarkets like BonMarche, Pick n Pay , Spar and Food lovers. Cafes and and restaurants are plenty and there is a wide selection of them. Clothing shops , boutiques and sports shops are also plenty, including Edgar's on the list. To summarise, in terms of service it is a mini town. Yo may need not visit Harare CBD at all. It is 100% safe , no mugging, no disturbances all people around act civil. The rich and famous only frequent this place if my observation is right! Very neat and orderly mantained to the highest standards. The goods and services offered in most of the shops I saw, are par excellent!! Perhaps this is because of the area it is located, but Sam Levy's Village has been there ever since I was young. If its the younger generation looking after the place, they are have carried on the legacy of the legendary Sam Levy very well. The place has restaurants, coffee shops, boutique and even car dealership, the likes of Mercedes Benz have their presence represented. Very accessible by both abled and disabled persons!! Its like you are in the heart of Europe, when you are in this place. I so wish that all the malls in Africa...
