Heard about this place from my husband's cousin so we stopped by. They had tons of to go orders but we were the only ones dining in so we immediately sat down. The server brought out the olive oil and seasoning and I was excited. Usually places that have legitimate oil and seasoning for their bread are good. I was pleasantly surprised. I got the fettuccine Alfredo with shrimp. Next time I would just get a kid Alfredo without the shrimp. There were 4 tiny shrimp on my giant plate of pasta. For some reason I though I was going to get 6 shrimp but maybe I read the menu wrong. The food was still good of course so I would still give them 4.5 stars (rounded up to 5). The kid macaroni was good and very cheesy, just like macaroni should be. I tried my husband's gyro and that was tender and tasty too. My older daughter loved her ravioli and ate almost the whole thing (she's a small six year old). Overall I would come back again but make sure to order lunch portions or smaller portions of everything. Update: 7/20/2022 Visited again with my husband’s cousin’s family. We called ahead for reservations since we had a party of 9. So when we got there we sat immediately. The bread is delicious. My kids loved it and ate a ton. Then we got the family style fettuccine to share among the girls (2 adults and kids were 6, 8, 10, 13 and 16yo). One order of family fettuccine and a side of chicken was enough for all the girls when we ate the bread and a couple appetizers. My husband and his cousin got their own orders and barely made a dent in them. The portions are huge and tasty. We will probably be back when we visit again.

Used Uber eats. Remini's forgot an entire meatball sub (my son's dinner) When I called to inquire, the lady on the phone was VERY rude to me and insisted that I only ordered one but when I looked it up on the app and told her 3 times, she reluctantly looked it up and said oh yeah you did order 2, what do you want me to do about it? 😮😮 I asked her if she could have it delivered back to me... (we had already waited an hour on this deliverys) she quipped, NO you have to call Uber for that. Well of course they're not going to do that because it was not their problem. Also, I ordered chicken marsala which was inedible because when I opened the container it smelled so strongly of alcohol I could not eat it and trust me I like alcohol. LOL. I even held it up to my son and said smell this..He said that smells like floor cleaner. Its as if they forgot to make enough sauce and dumped some wine in there. I took it to the sink and threw everything in a colander and rinsed it off with water hoping I could eat it the next day with some marinara sauce from my freezer but even the next day it was inedible so basically I paid $60 for one meatball sub and a soup and sandwich (that was a problem too) and a chicken marsala that I had to throw in the trash.... did not even include marinara for the spaghetti with the marsala! A friend of mine who knows the owner, told me I should go by there and talk to the owner but the HORRIBLE experience I had this night prohibits me from doing so I only hope restaurant owners read these reviews and train their staff to treat people better because we have a lot more choices in the valley especially when it comes to Italian. I'm only sharing the half Of what happened but that's enough. On the plus side UberEats was fantastic and my delivery driver was very friendly. I think I'll just continue to cook from now on which I enjoy anyway my chicken marsala is a thousand times better than this place. Shame on y'all First picture..... Marsala sauce is definitely not a sauce. It was NOT reduced at all here you can see here it's just liquid.....basically they just poured some wine in there and threw it in a box. True marsala needs to be reduced by a half...... Translation cook that for a little while until the alcohol is out of it. Gross. Third picture: notice there is no marinara anywhere near the spaghetti and you can see from the fork but it's sticking together. I question whether this was fresh pasta. 2nd picture : whatever this hideous monstrosity of pretend potatoes are. Just no. Just tasted like burnt grossness wirh OLD oil. Certainly this is the worst review I've ever given a restaurant but for good reason. Don't think just because you have a takeout order that you can miss treat your customers. Disclaimer: had to edit to get my photos to upload again and also I'm using voice to text so pardon grammatical errors.

Sorry for the long read but it’s worth it. Total disgrace to Italian food and the restaurant business. Only redeeming quality is location. 1. Ambience 2/5 The decor was good and would have been more suited to a southern restaurant more than Italian. 2. Service 1/5 To start I ordered 3 waters with no ice. The waters were brought with ice and I had to wait 10 minutes for the waiter to show up and then only bring 2 glasses with no ice. That was probably the shining moment of the whole experience. As soon as the waters came I ordered the salmon special, shrimp and scallops, and a veggie flatbread. Each wait between seeing a server was about 20 odd minutes. She was definitely a veteran there and didn’t even know her own menu (read food section for more details). 3. Food 0/5 I ordered the salmon special, shrimp and scallops, and a veggie flatbread. The flatbread came out first and was completely bland. None of the veggies were cooked. It was nothing but sams club naan with cheese and raw veggies. I’m not even sure if the veggies were cleaned. I had to dump salt on it for any bit of flavor. The salmon dish and shrimp dish came out together. The scallops and shrimp dish had no salt or seasoning, it was like he just threw it in the microwave and thought seasoning would magically show up. The salmon special was absolutely horrid. There was no salt, tons of spinach, and shredded salmon. I’ve never had shredded salmon except once out of a can. My wife is pregnant and just couldn’t stand it so I waited 20 minutes for a waiter to show up just to ask how the food was before telling her that we needed a replacement. She didn’t even know there was another seafood dish on their 2 page menu. We ordered the mahi mahi entree as a replacement. Just a reminder - my wife is pregnant. They bring out the mahi mahi entree and it was soo raw that it could have swam back home. Eating raw seafood is one of the most dangerous things to do during a pregnancy! I waited for the waiter to show up but she never did. I went to the receptionist after waiting 20 minutes just for her to spend another 8 minutes looking for the waiter. I asked my waiter to speak to the manager and head chef. 4. Manager & Chef 2/5 The manager walked up after 10 minutes to only say he’s also the chef. I calmly explained to him that the food was well under seasoned and the fish was raw and a big danger to my wife; for him to only defend himself saying there was salt in the dish and dismissing the raw fish. After repeating what I said multiple times he tore apart the fish and made an excuse that fish takes a long time to cook, which is the most ridiculous excuse I’ve ever heard since most fish cooks under 5 minutes. I don’t think he ever learned that the customer is always right. He got a 2/5 because he did comp the raw mahi mahi and the horrid salmon special.

I was surprised at the depth of the lunch menu, as it's not just sandwiches. We enjoyed generous and hearty portions of cheese ravioli, pasta carbonara, and Chicken pasta natale all from the economically priced lunch menu. All were tasty and interesting. My sauce was a tad acidic, but was balanced well with the sweet onions, wilted spinach, tasty chicken and earthy mushrooms. Lunch was served with a wonderful crusty bread, with seasoned oil for dipping. I thought the oil was rather bland. The wait staff was exceptional and friendly. She brought my friend a birthday cannoli with a candle from her car! So thoughtful! Will definitely return, as the food was delicious and expertly served with flair in a pleasant atmosphere. The photo is of my generous pasta natale leftovers! 10/31/24 Returned to Reminis today bc I wanted to introduce a friend to the place. It was Halloween, so a few of the servers were appropriately dressed! I had the same dish as before, Chicken Pasta Natale and it was outstanding! The sauce was a tad sweeter, and so wonderfully balanced. The dish is made up of sauce with onions, mushrooms, spinach, pieces of tomato, and chicken, which was so much more tender than before, over penne pasta, and topped with lots of cheese! Soo delicious! My friend had Shrimp Fettuccine Alfredo of which the sauce was so thick, it was just unpleasant, and was too salty. The bread dipping oil was still bland, but the bread is good. The service was slow, but the place was very busy at noon. So a hit and a miss. Don't miss the $9 lunch specials. Huge portions of many dinner dishes at lunch prices.

Ok in case I find a restaurant that can prove me wrong, this place had the BEST Italian Food in VA! It makes total sense that this place is featuring in magazines! So my girlfriend and I was waited on by this really nice lady (Sorry I can't remember her name, but she was dirty blonde with a Bob cut). And she helped us navigate the best stuff to get. For Starters: We had bread to start off with then soup. I had the potato soup she had chicken vegetable. Really creamy with bits of bacon, I think? Still verygood. Then the Nanna Rice Balls.... Ah they were so good and warm! 😊 Then for our entree we had some delicious sandwiches. The grilled chicken is so tender and the bread was crispy and soft in the middle! And all of this for a good price! GO 👏 TO 👏 REMINI'S

Had a good birthday meal this evening at Remini’s. The atmosphere was excellent though it is a smaller venue. They make sure that they do the most in the least amount of space to ensure a pleasant fine dining experience. My wife had the Fettuccine Alfred and I had the Shrimp and Scallops Primavera. I tried both dishes and enjoyed the flavor of each. The scallops were not overcooked and had a great flavor. They do not over-salt the entrees do you get a much lighter and vibrant flavor. Chloe was our server and she was excellent. I would recommend this place and am glad we have a good Italian restaurant near our home. A definitive must-try experience waiting for you on Brambleton!
