Reply to the owner. I'm really happy you are busy. I hope you grow more open and 2nd or 3rd location. The problem that you don't understand is the fact that I'm coming to a bar not embassy. I'm there to have fun no business. THE MOST IMPORTANT THING THIS DAYS IS TIME that's why I was upset bc YOU JUST WAISTED MY VALUEABLE TIME. I Had to made new arrangements and trust me I don't have time to waist. WHAT I WILL RECOMMENDED I HOPE YOU TAKE THIS IN CONCIDERACTION IS THAT WHEN WE ARE DIRECTED TO THE RESERVATION WEB SITE TO BE AN OPTION THAT I CAN RESERV THE TABLE IN THE SPOT TOWARDS A FEE $50. SO IM OK WITH MY PART BUT EVEN IF I DON'T SHOW UP YOU ARE $50 RICHER AND YOU CAN FOLLOW UP WITH THE CLIENT IF NO SHOW GIVE TABLE TO SOME ELSE. I was there a different day under different reservation name. Things were ok. I needed a specific cocktail told the server that I can tell the bartender all ingredients and how to make it the answer was we don't go out of the menu. Instruct them to say let me see what I can do and maybe come with something up. Thanks

I just came back in Tirane after 7y away.This places was recommended by someone. I thought ok should be fun. Try to make a reservation online for indoor seating. On website Siad that had availability. At some point I got an email stating they couldn't offend me a table. I was so disappointed. NOT THE WRIGHT WAY TO DO BUSINESS. I already made plans to go there AND HAD TO CHANGE EVERYTHING. They should have called and offered maybe Bar Sitting....

The place is beautiful, with lots of thoughtful details that make it special. However, the experience was not entirely pleasant. The person at the entrance was quite rude; we visited the restaurant on Saturday, October 12, 2024, and frankly, someone with such bad manners shouldn't be the first impression a customer gets at a place that puts so much effort into its appearance.

When we asked for the bill, it was presented in a confusing way: part printed and part handwritten, which seemed suspicious. Upon reviewing it, we noticed we were being overcharged and had to complain. This left a bad impression regarding the transparency of the service.

As for the food and drinks, the cocktails were the highlight of the night. We had four, and one of them, which is supposedly in the "top 5," was really excellent. However, the charcuterie and cheese board was very disappointing, with low-quality products, and the eggplant dish was just average.

Something else that caught my attention was the responses to reviews. Many of them have an unprofessional tone, and it seems like the manager doesn't handle criticism well, even if it's constructive. That attitude says a lot about the management of the place and, in my opinion, is quite...

The worst club in Tirana on perspective of the service and the stuff behaviour!! I had visited that place on 22nd of March, 2025! I wasn’t aware of the reservation policy as i was just a walk in tourist in Tirana!! I went there to have a couple of drink; the guard was very rude and he was asking €70 for just entry after my request.. i told i would pay him €50 as i was really desperate to get in to get the vibe! Anyway he agreed, took the money and let me get in then he came bak to me again while i was ordering my drink.. my goodness!!! he was asking for more money or else i cant stay there! Then i had declined to pay more and i had to forcefully leave the place immediately.. as long as i came out of the gate i asked him my money back and he just kept the money and asked me to bring €50 more to get in! I dont get this is it kind of blackmail or something else?? If authority wants tgey can check the cctv footage around 12 am sunday to 1 am. But i dont think they dont even bother as there was a group on the gate and they all were involved in this! Note to the tourists: if they ask money to get in.. dont pay.. as they will...
