The food was amazing, but the service was utterly awful.
The waiter told us that only few options of the menu were available at dinner time only when we were ready to order (30 mins in seating at the table).
He took the order of 3 people only out of 11.. we had to call him back, after 5 mins to complete the order.
He didn’t write the order anywhere with the result of one extra Pinsa added that hadn’t been requested. When told he ignored the fact completely, left it there on the table and moved away.
2 people received their Pinsa more than an hour after the order and a good 30 mins after the other people received their food.
At bill time, there was no mistake acknowledgement and we were charged with the unwanted/I requested extra Pinsa, no apologies for the wait, no answering to our questions to split the bill and even complaining about no tip. Arrogantly joking too!
Not recommending the place for the service, or maybe just unlucky with the waiter, but the...
Read moreI randomly stumbled upon Morsi while walking near Wilson Square, and I’m so glad I did. From the moment I walked in, I felt a great vibe — warm, cozy, and welcoming. I had the Sorriso Toast and a fresh orange juice, and it was the perfect combination to start my day. The toast was beautifully made, filled with fresh ingredients that blended so well together. The orange juice tasted freshly squeezed and refreshing, not too sweet, just right. Simple, but full of flavor.
What truly made the experience special was the girl working there — she was incredibly kind, professional, and genuinely welcoming. She made sure I felt comfortable and taken care of without ever being overbearing. Her attitude and service added such a personal, thoughtful touch that made the meal feel even more enjoyable.
If you’re in Tirana, don’t miss this place. Whether you’re just passing by or planning a nice meal out, Morsi is the kind of restaurant that leaves a...

The moment one opened up, I moved outside only to be told a bit later by the waitress that I had to give it up because “two girls had been waiting for 20 minutes.”
Interesting policy: customers who are already served can be asked to stand up and move, just to make space for someone else. I must have misunderstood the meaning of “first come, first served.”
As a regular customer, I honestly expected more respect and professionalism. Instead, I left with the impression that loyalty here doesn’t count for much.
There are plenty of places in Tirana that treat their...
