Don't be fooled by the cute aesthetics and floral interior designs. We stumbled upon this place for breakfast and brunch in high hopes of a delightful meal considering how busy it was. There were 5-6 servers, yet everything was lagging. I ordered the alma panini, which was very underwhelming. There were no grill marks and it looked like it was just slapped together with little effort and love. I came with my family, and they forgot two of our orders: 3 croissants and a ham and cheese croissant. They didn't even realize it because they came with the check before we received all of our dishes. We also tried their red velvet cake... big mistake. It had definitely been out for at least 2 days. Instead of being fluffy and soft, the cake part was hard and the cream cheese tasted weird.

The service itself is also disappointing. Not once did anyone check on our table to see if everything was okay. The workers don't seem to enjoy their job, often talking to each other instead of working together.

The only reason I'd come back is for their coffee. And if in the offset chance that I did, I'd need to mentally prepare myself to wait 25+ minutes to wait because that's how long it takes for a cup of coffee with milk to be served here.

I don't recommend this place past window looking. Or unless you have all day to spare for mediocre...

This place is getting 1 star because that is the minimum amount of stars I have to put in order to write a review. The service here is absolutely terrible. Workers don’t look like they enjoy being at their job. The guy worker with the blonde hair top is really lazy. Would just stand and chit chat instead of cleaning tables or bringing out food. My family ordered the omelette, croissants, and Alma panini. Food was mediocre. Red velvet cake was/is disgusting. Wouldn’t recommend getting any of the cakes or going to this restaurant at all. It tasted a week old and bland. The panini and omelette came out but not the croissants. We were waiting for an extra 30 minutes but nothing came out. People who came after us received their food first. We flagged the waitress and we asked her about it. Turns out they forgot my dish. They didn’t even realize it if we never brought it up. No one came up to us to make sure everything is good. Terrible staff. Ambiance was nice. The cafe looks cute and decorations are cool. They should focus more on the food quality than the decor. Not recommended to go in...
