Anitta Café — Restaurant in Autonomous City of Buenos Aires

A nice cafe near Plaza Güemes with a professional look and lovely staff. It's one of the classic modernist cafe's you can find everywhere with the same menu. I mean is it really a cafe without avocado toast and 5 generic salads? That's what I thought. I ordered a burger to set myself right before a 5.5 hour bus ride but the burger was smaller than my hopes and dreams for life. It's actually impressive how little was going on for almost 11.000 ARS. But my friend who ordered the wrap got a hefty Ceasar salad instead which was plentiful! The staff was nice and lovely tho. The girl was great and helped us out perfectly. Nothing to mention there. Fuimos a Anita buscando un lugar tranquilo para charlar, y lo elegimos porque, a diferencia de otros cafés llenos, este tenía un ambiente calmo que nos invitó a quedarnos.

El lugar es sencillo, sin grandes pretensiones, pero cómodo. La atención fue muy buena desde el principio. Pedimos un French Toast con frutas (bien presentado), un flat white y un sándwich. Todo estaba correcto, y el precio va acorde a lo que ofrecen.

Un punto a mejorar: no tienen leche sin lactosa, aunque ofrecen leche de almendras como alternativa.

Lo que más destaco es que se puede conversar sin ruidos ni interrupciones, algo que no siempre se encuentra. Le doy 4 estrellas porque si bien estuvo todo bien, no hubo algo que me sorprenda como...

Un desastre, fuimos a merendar hoy con mi viejo y nos vendieron un café malísimo, quemado, le reclamé a la moza porque siempre venimos por la tarde y había una chica que los cafés los hacía riquísimo, tenía una re mano para cuando los preparaba ella.. una lastima, se perdieron unos clientes habitue, las mozas y cajera un amor siempre atentas, pero lo demas nunca más.. Ni una estrella se merece el lugar!!
