Brasas Argentinas Sur — Restaurant in Autonomous City of Buenos Aires

I have never been motivated to write a negative restaurant review until now. The meat was unchewable. "Muy rico" said the cook, who had to be ashamed by the dog food he was pushing, as he ruined Argentina's reputation for good barbeque. Half the buffet dishes had no serving spoons, and languished for what appeared to be hours under the heat lamps. The pastas and starches just looked sad. I had to poke every piece of chicken with a spoon to find the one that wasn't completely overcooked. One wall was unpainted drywall, which they tried to hide with a painting of the pope. The sushi was worse than what you can get at a gas station. Honestly, the only edible food may have been the imitation crab meat. They didn't have the one dessert we wanted, and the wafers that came with the ice cream were stale.

Do NOT believe the persuasive salesman convincing you to enter. Avoid this place...

The food is great, most of the staff willing to help. I asked the seafood cook to prepare a special grilled white fish for my smalldaughter and it was more than excellent.

One bad thing which almost ruined the dinner and reason for this low evaluation was the waiter Mario's attitude. He was rude from the moment we arrived to the end, It seemed it was a favour to have him serving us. We felt very unconfortable.

And to complete the dissapointing experience in Brasas Argentina, in the end he came to complain in a very invasive and embarassing way asking why we didn't tip him. Tip is not mandatory and, althought it would be a very small part of the expensive bill, we felt zero happy with...

que alguien me diga que dia hay que ir a este restaurante para tener buena comida... Xq la verdad que viendo los comentarios positivos decidi probar y la verdad que no hay q creer en esos comentarios. Para empezar la chica de la puerta no tiene ganas de trabajar, el mozo fue el unico que le puso un poco de ganas y hizo lo minimo y indispensable. La parte de comida: 1.Entradas: jamones duro como roca, el resto platos mediocres. Comida internacional: milanesa, tapa de asado? lo unico internacional fue el taco...SABOR MEDIOCRE. Parrilla: HORRIBLE, carne seca, probe asado, vacio, molleja.. Todo de la comida anterior y no limpian la parrilla, se nota x la sensacion de grasa que queda despues de comer.. no tiene nada jugoso y despues de quejarnos con el parrillero, nos ofrecio bife de chorizo que se hace con carne cruda, el color de la carne ya se nota feo.. la braza muy fuerte... termino mejor que el resto de la carne pero la sensacion de grasa es horrible. QUIEN DIJO QUE HABIA SUSHI? MENTIRA. La parte de pescaderia ofrecen rabas romana de decada anterior(negro y achicharrado), pescado frito todos duros y seco.. pedimos un pejerrey a la plancha que se hace en el momento y aunque el SABOR no fue una sorpresa pero el pescado lo hicieron seco para tratar de ocultar la poca frezcura del pejerrey. Pasta... no probe.... no comento.... Postre: fran con crema: no tenian crema recien batida y asi q pusieron crema batida vieja congelada. y es flan, pero no casero. tiramisu: viene con una bocha de helado..el sabor le va a ir bien xa los que nunca comieron tiramisu. volcan de chocolate: muy dulce para mi gusto pero bueno...

En conclusion: Quiero saber que dia tienen buena comida porque al parecer en dia de semana la comida va de horrible a demasiado horrible. Nota: Mi esposa se tubo que llenar con papa fritas xq NO ENCONTRO NADA DE QUE COMER.
