My wife, our son (a 1 y.o baby) and I arrived at the restaurant 10 minutes before noon (the time the restaurante was supposed to open). Another couple was already waiting. As time went by, other people arrived (including another couple with babies), and some employees would keep getting in and out of the restaurant, as the customers were all waiting. Around 12:30, the restaurant doors finally opened and as we entered, a couple of employees were telling the first ones on the line that the restaurant was fully booked and that tables would be available only after 1pm or later. So far, nothing wrong, maybe a large group of people booked the entire place. But since there were customers waiting outside (my family and others), new customers were coming, and restaurant employees saw that, if the restaurant was fully booked I expected the restaurant team to be kind enough to let us know in advance that we wouldn
t be served right away. But they just kept us waiting for 40 minutes (the couple who was waiting when I arrived was there for longer, probably) without saying a word. So as the couple before me was leaving (angry and frustrated, of course), I tried to tell the restaurant employees that what they did wasnt fair, that they could at least have told us the situation, so that we could decide whether to wait or not. Surprisingly, they didnt even bother to listen to me or at least look at my face, and start talking to someone else. So, honestly, if you

The biggest issue is the service. There was only one person in charge of serving the asado—from slicing the meat to plating it for all the customers. Just one asador for everyone, which led to a long wait in line. Even the pasta station had a queue. On top of that, the asador was quite stingy with the portions. If you want more, you’ll likely feel discouraged because you have to queue all over again.
The food selection is also very limited, offering few options. Considering the price—nearly 40 dollars per person, excluding drinks and tips—it is definitely not worth it. If you’re really hungry, this place will leave you...
