From the outside, you wouldn't give a lot of credit to this place, which looks like an ordinary bistrot in a big street of Buenos Aires. Well, you couldn't be more wrong. Everything there is great: the decor is flawless and very well curated, the service is great and extremely professional, and the food is sublime. When we got in, we were welcomed by a waiter that showed the menu and gave us his advice, making us feel comfortable and at our ease. The antipasto arrived quickly and was delicious (rabbit pate), the main was simply the best cooked meet we had in Argentina (and not only), and also the dessert was very good. Overall, a great experience, which I recommend to all those that are in Buenos Aires. Go eat at Cafe San Juan, you...

We were staying a few blocks away and our BNB host recommended this restaurant for us to try . From the outside it blends into the block besides some tables out front. It's a real find . The menu teases you with very interesting choices , rabbit, oxtail, partridge, octopus, along with more regular items like steak, pasta, etc . We started with the oxtail, fantastic, it had such great flavors and the meat fell off the bone. We also tried the vegetable lasagna, steak, and the cheese mushroom toast, I forgot the proper name . All this with a bottle of wine created a memorable experience with friendly service, great food, and a fun atmosphere. You can see it was mostly locals and they were out for a fun time. I can't wait...

À direita do lavabo fica a porta privativa do feminino e à esquerda do lavabo fica a porta privativa do masculino.

A comida é excelente.

Compensa a visita? Talvez.
