Todo Mundo Club — Restaurant in Autonomous City of Buenos Aires

The waiter was unmotivated and kind of unfriendly. We've been there with a party of four, because the location and the tango show seemed to be nice. While our ordering took a little longer, the waiter was tipping his pen on the table and seemed to be impatient. When asking for the menu of the day, he just pointed to a blackboard, without saying anything. After ordering we had to wait 45 minutes for the drinks, and there have been only two tables in the restaurant and five tables outside occupied. After an other 20 minutes of waiting, the meals have been served, finally. The burger and fries were cold, my friend had her worst Empanadas ever and the other two meals were kind of ok... After an other hour of ignoring us the waiter brought the check, fortunately he forgot to bring the menu of the day's dessert. We tried to ask him, if he had a bad day, because of our impressions we got by his behaviour. He complained about the bad organised kitchen and didn't realise, that he could have saved the situation with some friendly words or a nicer service. Sad...

This place is terrible, with at least one dishonest member of staff! We ordered a vegetarian burger and some ribs. The veggie burger was totally plain, with some limp lettuce and no sauce. The ribs were very cold, the coldest area being the meat on the bone, meaning they are microwaved. The sauce was also very watery. And it was much more expensive than some 5 star restaurants! When we paid, the waiter asked us if we would like to leave a tip, to which we said no. We paid by card, and realised after that he had added the tip anyway. We challenged him on this, and he refused to refund us our money.

The only saving grace was the wonderful tango performance in the outside seating area... though these dancers were not employed by the restaurant. Dont worry, you are able to watch their performance without...

Waited over an hour and a half for 3 salads, a pizza and a vegetarian sandwich. The vegetarian sandwich came with COLD veggies as from the fridge, and real poor in content and presentation. The tables are in the street. We found that interesting until we experienced the street was not closed and cars passed by our table. Extremely dangerous. Beggars interrupted our dinner several times. The bathroom was upstairs extremely dirty and hot without air conditioning. Very uncomfortable dinning experience. Bad service. Bad food. Bad everything. The Waitress was nice but...
