Clot — Restaurant in Autonomous City of Buenos Aires

We didn't like it very much. The bar is beautiful, but there is a strong aversion from the final service. We came during happy hours, ordered drinks. In the end, it turned out that the bill was one and a half times more, since the cocktail was not the one that was ordered. Since there was a natural problem of understanding between us and the waitress, since we are foreigners, there is nothing terrible about it. Another thing is the senior bartender, who looks like the owner of the establishment or someone who considers himself like that. He was amused that we didn't realize we were drinking the wrong cocktail. He found out the problem, but did not side with the client, and behaved quite disgustingly. Infelizmente não tivemos uma boa experiência principalmente por conta do serviço, se for turista vai preparado pra ser enrolado!!!

Achamos estranho o fato de ter uma rua com bares lotados, mas decidimos dar chance por acreditar ser um "achado" pois o ambiente parecia ser legal e tinha uma cardapio interessante.

Deixando claro que este foi o único lugar da cidade que tivemos esse tipo de problema! Fomos a La Boca, San Telmo, Porto Madero, Villa Crespo, Palermo soho, Palermo Hollywood e em nenhum lugar fomos tratados da forma desagradável e tivemos problemas como tivemos lá!

O problema surgiu quando questionamos sobre os meios de pagamento que no início nos foi passado uma informação sobre os meios de pagamentos e ao decorrer que tentávamos pagar as informações foram mudando várias vezes!! ATENÇÃO, em lugar nenhum do bar há placas visíveis sobre os meios de pagamento!

Primeiro eles disseram que não aceitavam crédito, nem débito por aproximação e só aceitavam em cash e crédito com uma taxa adicional (que não foi informado quanto seria - cuidado que é aqui que eles querem ganhar em cima de você); depois, nos foi passado outra informação completamente diferente e alegava que não tinha maquineta, mas no desenrolar da situação apareceu uma máquina do nada e que aceitava aproximação. Quiseram nos cobrar 5 mil pesos a mais de nossa conta!!!
