Green Curry — Restaurant in Autonomous City of Buenos Aires

I was impressed with the food and overall experience at Green Curry. 4 stars.

Food- We ordered two curry dishes: pumpkin tofu curry and chicken coconut curry. The flavors of both were very good, and authentic Thai in my experience.

Drinks- The Thai lemonade was amazing. We also tried the fresh orange juice with palmelo (grapefruit). 5 stars on the drinks

Service - Order at the counter and the food is brought to your table right away. I don't know if this applies to all the dishes, but ours were prepared in advance, so we had our food in less than 2 minutes. In some restaurants that could be a problem, but it works well here.

Overall - Very good experience overall. Good quality at reasonable prices. We will definitely return.

Note on location - this restaurant is in a commercial district and is closed...

An extra star for having vegan pad thai. After asking for it, I had to specify no eggs. It was clear they did not realize, so be sure to be clear. I do not know if there were issues elesewhere. The sauce it came with did not look vegan.

The pad thai was filling and the taste was okay, but it did not resemble pad thai in Thailand or other countries. The noodles were not rice noodles and the sauce offered was not pad thai sauce, but it was better than other places around here. The service was good and the place was nice, though the immediate area felt quite unsafe. Perhaps other dishes were better, but this would not be my first choice until vegan labeling is better and the pad thai is more similar to the original dish. Appreciate this...

On the first time I had the pumpkin vegan curry and it was super good!!! On the second time I ordered the vegan yellow noodles and the vegan rice stir fry. The noodles were amazing!!! I really recommend them, the rice was also really good but to me the noodles were better. Both of them had a lot of veggies it was really nice. It's not very photogenic here because I had it as a take-away, my partner had the shrimp curry and loved it - recommended for non vegans. The spicy peppers sauce was also really good. The order was really for us to take it when ordered as take away in five minutes maybe, super quick! They offer cash discounts which is nice. You get such good food, especially for how much you're paying! Super...
