Havanna — Restaurant in Autonomous City of Buenos Aires

As a dedicated fan of Havanna alfajores for nearly five years, I was eager to try their Mar de Plata variety. However, my experience left much to be desired. While the Super Dulce de Leche remains a masterpiece, the Mar de Plata fell short of expectations.

The advertised "creamy" filling proved to be a far cry from the luscious caramel or toffee consistency depicted in promotional materials. Instead, it resembled a lackluster, highly processed "cream" that failed to deliver on flavor and texture.

To add to the disappointment, the pricing structure seemed unjustifiable. It was perplexing to discover that purchasing a box of eight Mar de Plata alfajores was more expensive than buying them individually. This pricing strategy, common among Argentine companies, left me questioning the integrity of the brand.

Moreover, considering the premium price tag attached to these alfajores, one would expect top-quality ingredients. However, the reality fell short, suggesting a marketing ploy aimed at exploiting uninformed customers.

Additionally, interacting with Havanna's indifferent, unengaged staff at some locations contributes to the overall dissatisfaction and less than enjoyable experience.

El día 06 de agosto 2024 lleve a mi hija a tomar una merienda donde recibimos malos tratos por parte de los empleados, le pedimos un sellado y un café el cual era para llevar, nos entregaron el café y media hora después nos entregaron el sellado pregunte a la chica que pasaba ya que mi hija tenía hambre, sin mirarme a la cara me dijo que no estaba listo, luego cuando sale un sellado la chica grita sellado de quien es ? Y pensamos que era el que estábamos esperando y resulta que no era el nuestro y la chica nos alcanzó hasta afuera a quitarnos el sellado xq era de otra persona cuando vamos a buscar el que supuestamente era de mi hija pretendían darnos uno quemado la verdad una falta de respeto xq la persona que nos cobro ni factura nos entrego una decepción total ..... aparte que la empleada en frente del cliente osea nosotros !!! El queso que le retiro al sellado de mi hija se lo estaba comiendo en el mostrador frente en frente de nosotros una vergüenza bonito lugar pero mala atención no volvería...
