Perdón Pero no me gusta gastar plata en un restaurante, encima que es caro no comer según lo que pagas! Hemos ido con mi familia a otras sucursales de La Palita y siempre excelente nunca ni una queja ni nada para objetar. No es el caso de esta sucursal. Pedí unas muzzarellas, que las trajeron frías, llenas de aceite, le pedí por favor que las calentara y una ensalada de rúcula y parmesano, que no escatimaron en el queso muy rica! Mi hija pidió un bife de chorizo con papas españolas, resulta que salió primero la carne y a los 10 minutos trajeron unas papas recién fritas Pero no eran frescas, también con el aceite impregnado, eso no se hace, es el ABC de los restaurantes, el plato y la guarnición dale todo junto y caliente! Gente por favor, cuiden a sus clientes, que las órdenes de arriba sea que si tuvieron algún problema o inconveniente con algún plato, no lo cobren, regalen el café, el postre, no sé algo, una atención! Sean más vivos, no pierden nada haciendo eso! A esta sucursal por supuesto que No volvería!

Por lo general nunca dejo opiniones pero amerita con lo bien que comimos, fuimos un miércoles a las casi 19, nos tocó que el lugar tenía poca gente, pedimos entre 3 unas rabas a la romana, ensalada de 3 gustos y un risotto de osobuco($19,200). No tengo palabras para explicar lo BUENO que estaba ese risotto, aparte las rabas estabas súper tiernas y no chorreaban aceite. Nos entregaron todo en 10/15 minutos, no tardaron nada y vino caliente, nos dieron aparte para condimentar la ensalada y queso rallado sin pedirlo. Fue una muy buena atención y aparte nos llevamos recomendaciones de la carta para una próxima vez. Es la primera vez que vamos a La Palita y tuvimos una muy buena experiencia, si no fuera pq estábamos llenisinas nos quedábamos para el café. En cuanto a precio vimos que la mayoría de sus platos son de buen tamaño, aunque es caro(como pedirte algo medianamente bueno en rappi) es todo para compartir mínimo con 2 personas, en total + bebidas gastamos 70.000 entre 3 personas

Advertised as espresso , desserts and Italian . It’s unfortunate they don’t offer dessert alone after 8pm. I was shooed away by the outside waiter after telling him I was only there for cappuccino and something sweet. 🤷🏻‍♀️the place looked a bit sad, mostly older men sitting alone eating their dinner.

La palita Austria bs as We sit down. The place seems agreeable. The waiter is kind and we order a nice malbec to match a good steak (2 steaks actually). We kindly ask him that our steaks are “bien cocidos”, well cooked, which in Argentina means your meat won’t be neither red nor pink, but “grayish”. After 25 minutes our steaks arrive: while the first one is ok, the other one is covered by a layer of charcoal, it is clearly imposible to eat and disgusting to the palate. We kindly ask the waiter to change this evidently burnt steak by another one. He comes back after one minute with the same steak, and, clearly embarrassed, excuses himself by saying that the “parrillero” (the cook specialized in the grill) says it is not burnt. We ask then to talk to the manager. The man comes to our table, repeats the steak is perfect (but he says he hasn’t tasted it) and offer us to make us something else if we would like to. We ask for another steak. Not burnt this time. After 25 minutes, no steak in sight, having eaten only a plate of french fries and with the baby starting to get uneasy, we ask for the check. They bring us a DOGGY BAG with the burnt piece of meat inside (yes, the one we refused to eat in the first place!) and a ticket where that dish was, of course, included. We ask that the addition is changed, but they refuse in a very bad mannered way, repeating THE STEAK IS PERFECT. I’ve never had such a deplorable experience in a restaurant IN MY LIFE. It’s embarrassing and disgusting how mean and low a restaurant manager can be. We will certainly NEVER come back to la Palita. And i hope the owners know what kind of people are...

I spent two months in Buenos Aires and ate at restaurants just about every day and almost everywhere I went the service always left something to be desired - couldn't get their attention, weren't prompt, wouldn't bring you the check.... this place has none of those issues. The service was excellent, prompt, professional. From them opening the door for me when I walked in, to seating, taking my order right away, checking in on me, and prompt check delivery and boxing my leftovers, and also just being nice, I truly appreciated for once having great service as I eat dinner. Went on a friday night at 20:30 for dinner with my wife. She ordered the Bife de Chorizo and I ordered the Ravioli. The service was very slow, the ravioli was poorly cooked (cold in the middle) and the meat was sloppily cooked. The salad which was suppose to come with the meal came with the cheque at the end. Worst of all we both got a mild case of food poisoning that night from the food. There are a lot of nice restaurants with nice atmosphere in the area, I highly recommend you choose to go...
