I recently dined at Osaka Concepcion and had an exceptional experience, largely thanks to our server, Natalia. From the moment we sat down, she greeted us with a warm smile and genuine enthusiasm, making us feel right at home.

Natalia was incredibly knowledgeable about the menu, offering great recommendations that showcased the restaurant’s best dishes. She took the time to ensure we understood the ingredients and preparation, which made our choices even more enjoyable.

This is much nicer than the old location. Our waitress was really nice and doing her best to accommodate us, but the kitchen really fell short on delivery. It took almost 90 minutes to receive our food. There's really no excuse for it to ever take that long at any restaurant, especially during lunch early in the week. We were the first of two parties to arrive for lunch service. I think it comes down to poor management because they should have been able to have adequate kitchen staff and when they failed to deliver the food in a timely manner they should have offered us a discount.
