It was a good food and a very cute location, but the service is very much questionable. So my friend and I have decided to have a quick beer pit stop before our tango show - we came to this place, sat down, made a very straightforward order: beer, orange juice side of fries and a sausage. While we were sitting there and waiting, as what I thought was a regular waiting time for Buenos Aries, a group of cute Argentinian guys sat next to our table about 15 minutes later. They got serviced right away: table mats, bread and sauces (that come with food order), beer in ice cold bucket. While we’re sitting next to them literally watching what was happening and could not believe what we saw because we were sitting at the table that we kindly asked to clean for us, beer waiting time was 15 minutes considering how dead that restaurant was, they didn’t even bring us bread and sauces that come with food order, orange juice also took at least 20 minutes to jump on the table (the first glass came with dirt in it) - over all it took about 40 minutes to get our simple order together, and still we had to ask for a cold beer bucket, bread and sauces that were saw were served to another table. These are all just small things but my friend and I felt offended. Is it because I am not Argentinian or because not an Argentinian man, I was serviced so poorly? This places has to get it together: if you are not an Argentinian woman or a man you still should be serviced equally well as...
Read moreWell, sadly for them I didn't post a review the day I came for a full meal. That was a good meal, the lady who served me was fantastic. I speak English and she told me she was learning and made a great effort at trying to communicate with me. Well, decide to pop in for dessert on my way home today. The tiramisu wasnt overly great in all honesty(tasted a bit stake). The server, well he was off and away, when I finally flagged him down for the bill, I had another server bring it out to me with a paper writing down for me what a 10% tip is. So, just because I don't speak Spanish does not mean I don't tip. Ask the nice lady server the day before what she got from me as it was close to 25%(because that's the kind of person I am). I still tipped over 10% this visit, but I really shouldn't have at all after the ignorant prompting by your...
Read moreFredy restaurante is a restaurant located in Puerto Madero, Buenos Aires - Argentina.
As a client and foreign person, I don't recommend them. Unfortunately, we had a very bad experience. We ordered a butterfly meat well done, and arrived the meat attached. We refuse it and asked other things to eat, in the end, the sir manager was very rude with us, he charged the meat and put us in very embarrassed situation calling police in front of people because we asked them to discharge ONLY the meat, because we didn't eat and gave them back.
Who knows how a butterfly meat should to looks like, for sure understand our...
