11/10 points. Gracias Ezequiel!!
If you are looking for a tasty Neapolitan style pizza, this is the treasure at the end of your hunt. Jezuzchrist, I almost cried it was so good-- after many weeks of somewhat disappointing food in Buenos Aires (and trying the really popular pizza place that starts with "G" which was truly meh), I have found my favorite non-Argentinian restaurant in all of Argentina.
Ezequiel KNOWS HOW TO MAKE Italian style pizza. We had a little chat. He understands that many Argentinians are used to the thick bready-kind of salty pizza, but here at FURORE has perfected the art of the dough, using a super hot brick oven, using fresh Mozzarella Fior di Latte (creamy mozzarella), fresh, tasty tomatoes (or tomato confit), fresh basil... the combination is excellent and the crust has that slight burn so it makes it deliciously crisp on the edge and wonderfully chewy inside. Yes the pizza is floppy, but that is how it is in Rome/Italy. :P
Had the Margarita and the Pomodorini (with pesto basil) . Both excellent
The prices are very reasonable too. The basic Margherita pizza was 11,800 ARS as of late December. One glass generous pour of wine 4,700 ARS.
Excellent service. Pizza is done in short amount of time. Staff are proud, and rightfully so! About 10-16 tables. At some point the entire restaurant was packed, but since the pizzas don't take long to make the tables turn...

The owner/pizza chef really seems to take pride in his food and restaurant. Food: 5/5 | Service: 5/5 | ...
Read moreToday was our 4th time visiting Furore in the 3 weeks we’ve been visiting Buenos Aires! We travel full time and recently spent a month in Italy and never found Neapolitan Pizza this outstanding until arriving in Buenos Aires! The Marinara is always the test of good pizza. Their fermented crust & tomato sauce & garlic is so good you don’t need anything else! Today we also had Pomodorini both were fantastic! Service is always fast and friendly. Thankful we have 5 more weeks of exploring Buenos Aries so we can come back again & again for...
