Scarlett Boutique Soho — Restaurant in Autonomous City of Buenos Aires

I needed a cake for my daughter's birthday while vacationing in Buenos Aires, and I will say Scarlett did not disappoint! I was able to order my cake a couple of days before, and they quickly assisted me. On the day of her birthday, they delivered the cake promptly, making the experience hassle-free!! The ladies there were super helpful! Not only did the cake look amazing, but it was also delicious, and let me tell you, that is hard to accomplish. Kudos to this fantastic staff for making my daughter's birthday a special one while away from friends...

I couldn’t recommend Scarlett’s Bakery more. We were in Buenos Aires for my partner’s 30th, and after seeing the amazing reviews, I decided to order a cake from Scarlett’s. They had so many options that it took a while for me to make a decision, but Gustavo and the whole team were so helpful in talking me through the different sizes they offer, etc., to help me make the right choice. In the end, I went for the Balcarce cake, which was phenomenal. They also included two candles and delivered the cake straight to the restaurant....

Al principio, aceptable, bien, pero las últimas cinco veces que fui no tenían medialunas (cada medialuna sale $1000 (enero 2024) y me decían que me pidiera una con dulce de leche, a $2300, o con jamón y queso, a $2600. La excusa es que se acaban a la mañana; aunque la mayoría de las veces fui a la mañana muchas de ellas me topé sin medialunas, a lo que me dijo la mesera que eso depende de lo que la gente pide. Excusas patéticas que son una tomada de pelo.

El ambiente aumenta mucho el ruido y lo que se habla y cuando entran mascotas al café y ladran es una tortura. Hace dos fines de semana fue un "chico bonito" cuyo perro no dejaba de ladrar y fue insoportable y tardaron un montón en atenderlo/retenerlo.

Muchas veces tienen reuniones ocupando mesas y demorando atender a clientes. Y cuando uno termina el pedido no retiran nunca las cosas y es molesto tenerlas tanto rato en la mesa. También demoran en traer la cuenta.
