Overall, it's amazing for all celiacs that this place exists! They offer a wide variety of dishes and have a little shop for dried goods and a fridge with empanadas, pizzas etc, all 100% gluten free. However, unfortunately the other reviews I read regarding bad service are correct. I went two times, one time to pick up some takeaway for dinner, and another time to dine in for lunch. Both times the service was unfriendly, almost harsh, and extremely slow. Also, the grilled salmon, and the meat that I had as part of the trio de tacos were both slightly overcooked and a bit dry. The food is by no means bad, it's still very edible and the cakes looked amazing although I didn't try any. But the bad service just taints the experience a bit. I hope they'll work on improving it, because otherwise it's a lovely place with so much potential to be amazing! They accept...

This is probably the worst restaurant I have been to in a life of traveling across the five continents. This restaurant doesn’t disappoint one only as eater but also as human being, it makes one lose faith in the natural kindness of humanity. Waiters and waitresses in this restaurant are just evil, they seem to enjoy being rude and make suffer, one could easily picture them gladly serving a dictator. If they had a chance, they would probably torture. Food is not only impossible to eat, but even revolting to look at, and there is dirtiness everywhere, there is virus everywhere, there is also probably gluten everywhere. Don’t enter this place, it will poison you, humiliate you, and laugh at your suffering. This place is just a dark hole in the long history of human food....

Absolute nightmare. Making a customer feeling welcome at a cafe is not difficult. You simply want to chose a nice place where to sit, and order some nice food, with a good ambiance--this is not possible here. From the start this simple task is problematic, and for what I saw in the time I have spent in this establishment it was the same for most of customers: on reception lots of complications and discussions are needed to be had in order to determine when one can sit or not according to a range of factors. As if this were not enough, the food is disgraceful. I had one of the worst granola yoghurts ever. It doesn't even have granola in it but the cheapest breakfast cereal one can find and tons of syrup. Lastly the fresh orange juice was heavily...

I bought bread here and 4 days later it had gone bad - both the opened and the unopened packets. Still, we decided to eat here Sunday lunchtime. My lamb burger was OK but the cheese in the middle let it down. However my daughter’s vegetable tart was uncooked and the pastry was raw. When we complained their comment? If you had told us earlier we could have done something about it. No apology no nothing. We will not be frequenting this place again although one of us has celiac disease and it would be so handy to have a gluten free establishment so close to home. Update: 4 hours later and there is no relief for my daughter’s stomach pains. We’re REALLY not going back.
