Volta San Telmo — Restaurant in Autonomous City of Buenos Aires

HYGIENE PROBLEM. I ordered a double scoop of the chocolate nero and pineapple ice cream flavors in a waffle cup, and both flavors were delicious; the chocolate was incredibly rich and the pineapple tasted like sorbet. However, I must rate this place one star on account of the lack of hygiene that I observed. After ordering and receiving the ice cream, I watched the man who scooped my ice cream proceed to wipe down the tables and countertops with a rag, touch the trash can, then go to the sink to rinse the rag. But he did not wash his hands with soap and water after rinsing the rag. He then proceeded to scoop the next person's ice cream without washing his hands beforehand! Keep in mind that the cone is picked up with bare hands before he puts the wrapper on it, so it becomes contaminated. I had already eaten half of my cone by the time I saw this. I watched him do it all again, just to make sure I wasn't imagining it, and again I saw him scooping ice cream, then cleaning the tables, not washing his hands before scooping ice cream for the next person....

Terrible, el helado más caro que me he comido jamás 1000 pesos el vasito y no traen nada, después que me quejé me sirvieron una cucharada más y quedó así como en la foto.

Pedimos 5 vasitos, 3 estaban medianamente más decentes y al menos sobresalía del vaso el helado, los otros dos básicamente lo dejaron planos.

Completamente irrespetuoso con el dinero ajeno, supongo por la zona el que es turista se banca esa miseria pero muy mal hecho más si sos una franquicia…

El error no cambia la miseria de helado que sirven cobrando mil pesos por eso, el “inconveniente resuelto” puede verse en la foto y sigue siendo igual de absurda la cantidad, son una estafa, el “chico nuevo”solo lo hace ver aun más obvio.

Cualquier otra Heladeria de la misma categoría sirve porciones coherentes, como se los dije esta tarde, Cadore que es ultra famosa y ofrece helado de calidad, por 800p te comes casi un cuarto de kilo en un cucurucho.

Nada justifica semejante...
