The service is great, a little slow but worth it. I've had the espresso, latte and flat white. The serving temperature is a bit lower than what I am used to. I loved the coffee here and I miss going. One of the guys gave me a regular customer card so I can get a free coffee after going a few times. Good place to buy coffee beans or freshly ground coffee. I've gotten specialty coffee twice and they grind it there to your taste!

Estuvimos el sábado 11/05, pedimos 2 capuccinos, llegaron a los 35minutos y helados, cuando le llamo al mozo solito me dice "está frío? lo venía viendo" si se dio cuenta antes, por qué dejó que llegue al cliente? se lo llevó y a los 20 minutos lo trajo de nuevo, el mismo calentado, nunca lo cambió, es decir, nuestras tazas estuvieron dando vueltas 20 minutos, además el mío no tenía canela, y el otro no tenía chocolate, ya no quisimos reclamar más porque nos teníamos que ir. No tenían ninguna opción sin TACC, me dijo "pero llegan el lunes", a lo que le respondí pero yo estoy hoy. El lugar es hermoso, muy chic, por eso 5 estrellas, el servicio deficiente, lo mismo la calidad, por eso una sola estrella. Le dimos otra oportunidad y volvimos el sábado 15/06, sólo sirvió para bajar las estrellas de ambiente, el baño sucio y con humedades, la atención de deficiente pasó a pésima, nos trajeron el café en vasitos, muy incómodo de tomar. Cuando le pedimos agua la respuesta fue "cuando pueda les traigo" pasó casi media hora y nos trajeron los vasos calientes y nos dijo, "hay bastante gente, tuve que esperar que los lavaran" Conclusión: un lugar para NO ir

El lugar es lindo, tiene mucha demanda y poco personal, por lo que se debe tener paciencia. Los precios son regulares, en mi caso me pedi un budín y estaba muy seco(debido a que la vidriera solo cuenta con vidrio del lado de frente).El capuchino frio, puede ser bastante fuerte para el que no está acostumbrado. Y debido a la falta de personal, los chicos no tienen el tiempo suficiente para poder dar recomendaciones. Ya que la carta es de cafetería especial. Pero resaltemos lo bueno: Sala para reuniones Buen precio Buena ubicación La foto Aesthetic de la merienda Variedad de cosas dulces y saladas Cosas sin tacc Lo malo: Falta de personal en el sector de salón (debido a temporada baja) Alguna parte del personal, puede llegar a ser mal gestada, pero se comprende, por suerte el mozo que me tocó fue muy a tenido, a diferencia. Falta de cuidado de producto de barra (panificación) Si se puede ser un poco quisquillosa, las bolsas de azúcar o paquetes de harina gigantes. Estaría bueno que no estén a la vista y falta de enchufes para cargar dispositivos y poder hacer Home Office, en caso que la room Office este ocupada.

I ordered a sandwich with avocado, tomate and brie, since I am lactose intolerant I asked if it was possible to replace the brie for more avocado. They did it but when the bill arrived they charged me for extra avocado. Given it’s quality, the sandwich was already overpriced, therefore charging for extra was an abuse. The service from the guy with several tattoos on his left hand was really bad and with an arrogant attitude. When I complained to the cashier (bald, short guy) he said that he couldn’t do anything to resolve my situation. Bottomline, never coming back to this pretentious and arrogant place. Le Dureau is a nice place to grab a coffee, the coffee is really good! Especially their Coffee con Chocolate & Naranja!

Some of them speak English, so that's good!

The interior design of the place is modern, with nice wall-art, they often change this, so it's also nice to come by so now and then to see what's new.

They also accept Apple Pay (just mention you want to pay contactless because they didn't know the term "Apple Pay")
