A disappointing experience at parvana restaurant that lacks even the most basic service standards
When entering any restaurant, customers expect a warm welcome, prompt service, and a comfortable atmosphere that makes the dining experience enjoyable. Unfortunately, my recent visit to a restaurant in the city was the exact opposite.
From the first moment, the reception was cold, as if our presence was a burden to the staff. We sat at our table without a waiter approaching to take our orders until after a long wait, even though the restaurant wasn't crowded. When our orders arrived, we were surprised to find that they were delayed and that some were incomplete or incorrectly prepared.
The staff's behavior was unprofessional, devoid of smiles or courtesy. We tried to get their attention to correct the mistakes, but their responses were arrogant and uninterested, as if they were sending a clear message: "We don't have to serve you."
The atmosphere inside the restaurant worsened the experience; the tables were not clean, and the music was annoyingly loud, making dining an extremely uncomfortable experience. Worse still, the prices were so high compared to the quality of the food and service, making it completely unjustifiable.
In short, this experience was an example of how poor service can ruin any meal, no matter how good the food. I won't be visiting again or recommending anyone to go through the...
Read moreWe called Restaurant Parvaneh in armenia to make a reservation and went there. When we arrived, just because we were tourists, they told us the entrance fee is 11,000 per person – only for a singer who showed up for a brief moment and left.
Nowhere (neither in their ads nor during our phone call) was this entrance fee mentioned. To make sure, I even asked one of the ladies at the place, and she said the entrance fee is only 1,000, but that is for locals, not tourists.
This kind of behavior and unfair price discrimination is really disappointing. We traveled all the way using Yandex to get there, but our time and money were completely wasted. Such treatment is neither respectful to customers nor welcoming to visitors...
Read moreVery bad service. After two hours my barbecue trout has not been served and their excuse is that the kitchen is busy. Yet everyone else gets their barbecue orders served. Tabuli was old and soggy. Service was horrible. Apparently the don't care about their reviews because the locals are used to complete ignorance and lack of service. The visitors all hear about the music and dancing, so they come to try this enomily of horrible dinning experience. The food is not inexpensive. A trout is $15.00 plain, no side dishes. I can confidently say that almost all their hot appetizers are left over from day before. If you want to be fed don't order any specialties, just their variety of kabobs. Stay...
