Unbearable Summer Stay – Completely Unacceptable Conditions Our experience at this property was nothing short of a disaster. We were initially given rooms with non-functional air conditioning—during peak summer temperatures reaching 34–36°C. The room remained stifling hot at nearly 30°C throughout the night, making it impossible to sleep, especially with children.

When we raised the issue, the staff moved us to another room, but the AC there barely circulated warm air. The thermostat showed 27°C at best, which is hardly what anyone would consider “air-conditioned comfort.”

They showed little concern for guest comfort.

The overall experience at this hotel was terrible. In summer time we were offered rooms with no ac/ ac not working. The staff agreed to give us another room, with the ac just blowing out some air and the temperature at 27degrees . Not sure if that’s their standards of calling it as air conditioning in a working condition. Pathetic experience and definitely not recommended for a family.
