President Hotel — Hotel in Yerevan

I saw your mail and when I booked there loud noises during night time and we couldn't sleep and not only that in the morning when we went to eat food you gave us very bad food.

We were given very bad service because in the morning when you gave us food you gave us bad food and when I booked your hotel you showed the facility of your hotel on your site you promised us quiet environment and privacy and also good noise free room but terrible noise during night time and because of that we couldn't sleep. It wasn't over

Many of my friends asked me for feedback about this one hotel and I will not suggest your hotel to even one person because yours was such a big bad service? On top of that I would like to say that you were making a lot of noise during night hours so we lost three days of sleep because of it and it affected our trip in a positive way and we will never suggest your service to anyone.

Therefore, no one should choose this hotel. If you are choosing a very bad hotel, you will not be able to have a good trip....

My family and I stayed at this hotel for three nights, and unfortunately, since the arrival of lawlessness and disorder in this hotel, it was quite obvious, and our rooms were delivered after 3 hours of delay at 5 pm, and it is noteworthy that the rooms It was not cleaned, and in addition, at breakfast, without observing the health protocols that are required to be strictly followed by everyone at the time of Quid 19, the slightest supervision and law was not applied in this regard !!!! ???|| Another point is that most of the staff mistreated Iranian passengers !!!!! ????|| And another noteworthy point is the obvious discrimination between Iranian passengers and other passengers, including when charging the room, many of the basic items that were considered essential for the room were unfortunately not placed in the room for...

We went beginning of May for 3 nights. We choose this hotel because of location and because it was written “4 stars hotel” on Booking.|To be honest, the location was ok, however:|- Rooms very small for 4 stars hotel|- The cleaning was not properly done|- Bad smell in the room|- There was no toilet paper available, we had to ask at the reception|- Very old and with very bad smell mini fridge which was not with power and didn’t have anything inside in case we needed water during night|- The windows were worst than 2* apartments|- The AC was making noise and bad smell|- Breakfast was very poor, I personally didn’t have what to choose to eat, no bakery products, not at all a breakfast for a 4 stars hotel||Maybe I am forgetting some things now, but overall it was a bad experience...
