Unfortunately it’s not something I can recommend. The only luxury thing about this hotel is the nice furniture. Service and amenities almost don’t exist.
Wifi in the room doesn’t exist. The signal is so weak that every website loads for literally 5 minutes. I had to ask 3 times and wait several hours before someone came to check. They promised to fix it the same day but nothing was done.
Calling concierge from the room is useless as they don’t speak English and tell you to come to reception in person.
Their WhatsApp chat “butler” is ignoring you.
Calling in-room dining from the room doesn’t work. The line is silent and not connected.
If you want anything, your only choice is to go to reception in person and wait several minutes. This is because there is usually just one person working there who is completely overloaded with work. Every few seconds, someone calls their phone and they need to keep telling you to wait longer before you can even finish the sentence.
Menu (hotel info) in the TV and mobile app doesn’t work. Clicking on anything either shows “not available” or just keeps loading.
The gym and spa are closed and not ready yet.
The rain shower is the loudest I’ve ever heard. It sounds like a jet engine. Due to the poor design, it also leaks out water all over the bathroom each time you use it.
Furthermore, forget about ordering any outside food. The hotel has 2 lobbies at opposite sides of the building which the delivery man select randomly. It’s hard to specify how to select the right lobby. They are also not allowed to leave food at reception and nobody from the hotel staff will bring it to your room. So in this “luxury” hotel, you need to bring it to your room yourself while hoping the delivery man comes to the right lobby.
Overall, the hotel doesn’t have enough employees and most facilities are not ready yet.
But somehow they decided it would be fair to still charge the highest price per night in the city. If the price was lower, all these issues would be acceptable. But for $400/night, this is a...
Read moreMy experience at Seven Visions Resort and Places, the Dvin, far exceeded my expectations, and I say this as a frequent traveler. This was thanks to the friendly staff, pristine and high-quality facilities, unforgettable shows, complimentary rides in their vintage car, fantastic food, and beautiful city views. I also had a personal experience that truly showcased the exceptional professionalism of their staff, which I’d like to highlight here:
I traveled to Armenia from the U.S. to spend time with my parents, who were joining me from a neighboring country. We stayed in one of the Suites for nearly a week, and it was a truly memorable experience. Due to work commitments, I had to return to the U.S., while my parents stayed on a bit longer. I was a bit concerned about leaving them, especially since they don’t speak the language. I discussed this with Mr. Yegor, the reception manager, and he treated my parents as if they were his own. He addressed all their needs with a warm smile, ensuring they didn’t have a single worry during their stay—even though the hotel was quite busy with events. My parents never felt alone. Mr. Yegor kindly assisted them with taxis, coordinating with the drivers to ensure smooth transportation, and he even invited them to enjoy the beautiful shows and events, making sure they had a great time.
I would like to thank you, Mr. Yegor, for your outstanding personality, attention to detail, and professionalism. I will definitely stay at your hotel again if I travel to Armenia and will highly recommend it to anyone considering Armenia, your beautiful country, as their travel...
Read moreAWFUL MANAGEMENT!!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!|I cannot stress enough on how disappointed I am with this property. Considered one of the best hotels in Yerevan, they managed to completely ruin their reputation in one day. My weddin took place in Yerevan on August, and I had one of the deluxe rooms booked with them for the photoshoot and filmography. I visited them 1.5 months before the wedding day to confirm my booking and ask permission for my wedding photoshoot around the territory of the hotel, lobby, and rooms. They've told me that, typically, they do not allow it, but will make an exception. Grateful for their kind gesture, I added another room (cancelling another hotel I had booked). Fast forward to the wedding morning, the photography crew arrived as scheduled at 10AM, and they were not allowed upstairs by the reception workers. They kept calling me and telling that no prior arrangements were made so they cannot allow the filmography. I tried explaining that when I booked the rooms and I asked multiple times if we could film in their property, and since I was told there will be an exception made (quoting: don't worry we'll make an exception), I did not think that further discussions were needed. I paid over a $1000 for a night in a room that I was only gonna use for photoshoot purposes. Because of their incompetence, We started the photoshoot an hour and a half late, were late for church, and almost got denied of our service. My wedding morning was completely...
