We got the family room for 11 days. Before booking the hotel, I scrutinized almost all hotels in Yerevan to find the best quality and price and I am very picky in this regard. Of course -star hotels were expensive for 11 nights of stay for a family of 4, but I can assure you that Dave Hotel is among the top 4-star hotels in Yerevan. Indeed, it has everything that a 5-star hotel has, it is only smaller and less busy, which to my taste is a great thing. It was like a private hotel. |Here are the strengths of the hotel: |1. Cleanliness of the rooms, the dining room, the bathrooms and toilers were perfect. |2. I loved the bathrobes and the bathroom kits.|3. We had the family room in the last (7th) floor. The view was great. Air conditioning was great. Rooms were spacious and light with beautiful and modern design and bright and soft colors. Decorative lighting of the rooms and the pool were really beautiful. Rooms looked exactly like the pictures. I loved the table in the room which allows you to easily sit and work if you need. Minibar was also filled with delicious stuff. |4. Pool was very clean. The water was very clean. The sauna was also great. We ordered some food to eat in the pool and they brought our food to the pool, and we really enjoyed it. |5. Breakfast was fantastic and very diverse. We were there for 11 days and every they there were new items. Items are very delicious, and you can have both warm meals and every-day meals like jam, butter and cheese. |6. Personnel were hospitable and they tried to accommodate everything we needed.|7. Everywhere in the hotel you can see how even trivial details are taken into account. Wonderful attention to details !|8. We got deep tissue massage which I really enjoyed. |9. The location offers a good access to the center of the city. Republic square is within almost half an hour walk of the hotel. But metro station and us stations is also close to the hotel. |10. We order Cesar salad, Margarita pizza, and Bacon pizza which were delicious. ||Suggestions for improvement: ||1. The English level of the receptionists is good but other personnel are weak in this regard. I think it is better if other personnel also learn English so that communication can become easier. |2. You should probably be at least 185 cm tall to be able to walk in the pool and do not have to swim. It's strange to me that the pool doesn't have a shallow part, and with my height of 167 cm, I had to swim in all parts of the pool except for the stairs. I think it is much better if a part of the pool be refined in a way that is usable for children and people with shorter height. Also, adding multiple tubes (suitable for both children and adults) to the pool will be beneficial. |3. Considering that a lot of hotel's guests are Iranian, I suggest adding brewed tea to the breakfast ! There were only tea bags and during our stay I really missed brewed tea. I think this will be the same for many other Iranians. ||||Finally, I will definitely recommend Dave Hotel and it will be my choice ifI want to visit...
Read moreMy recent stay at Dave Hotel Yerevan was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by the friendly and attentive staff, who made me feel welcome and cared for.
One of the highlights of my stay was the stunning indoor swimming pool. It offered a refreshing escape, and I enjoyed several relaxing swims in the tranquil atmosphere. The pool area was well-maintained, and I appreciated the cleanliness and comfort it provided.
Another standout feature was the sauna. After a long day of exploring the beautiful city of Yerevan, unwinding down in the sauna was the perfect way to melt away stress. The facilities were top-notch, offering a rejuvenating experience that truly elevated my stay at the hotel.
The rooms were spacious and beautifully appointed, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. I woke up each morning feeling refreshed and ready to embrace the day.
The hotel’s location is also a significant plus, making it easy to explore local attractions and enjoy the vibrant culture of Yerevan. After a busy day, it was wonderful to return to the peaceful oasis of Dave Hotel.
Overall, I highly recommend Dave Hotel Yerevan to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. With its fantastic amenities, including the indoor pool and sauna, combined with attentive service and a prime location, it truly exceeded my expectations. I can't wait to...
Read moreThe rooms are OK , beds are comfortable. However the service is quite poor. They double-charged us first which resulted in having to give us cash back upon arrival. The “SPA” is lacking at best. There is a pool and a Sauna, to use the latter you have to call in advance. They told us you can get towels for the sauna at the reception, but the lady in reception told us they don’t give them since too many guests are asking for them (???). Apparently towels are a problem at this hotel. Told us to use the shower towels in our rooms, and when asked what are we supposed to shower with then after they are used in sauna and sweaty, they were like - “ I don’t know”. The lady at the breakfast and at the bar was rude. Making annoyed faces during breakfast. In the SPA there is nobody to service you at the bar by the pool. When I went across reception to go to the bar, said lady was sleeping with her headphones on. Tried getting a beer she woke up and scolded me for reaching at the fridge. Then the manager said there shouldn’t be people with robes at reception. Absolutely left a very bad impression. Internet is poor, not good if you are doing business. Location is alright. Wouldn’t come again and definitely won’t recommend. There are better hotels for this...
