Zatar Pizza — Restaurant in Yerevan

Except the cheap prices, nothing else really resonated with a good dine-out experience in this place.....and I’m not a picky eater I should add. We ordered some chicken nuggets for the kiddos, but they where out of fries, so we got rice instead...heated in microwave! I asked for beer, they where also out. Then came my wife’s falafel sandwich, which tasted anything else than a falafel and also microwave heated. This place has too much on the menu, so it’s difficult to keep everything freshly cooked/prepared, and seems that most of it make a trip through the microwave before it lands on your plate. So goes for the shawarma platter my son ordered, which came with microwave heated rice and meat dry as a shredded wood. I guess the only dish that would make it 2 star rating is the lentil soup, but for the overall experience it’s really...

Visited the place looking a quick bite for lunch.

Waitin at the counter for 5 mins, absolutely no service. Looking at the menu at the counter, waiter opened a bottle of coke/pepsi and actually threw the cap and bottle opener on the menu i was reading. Shocking 3rd world behaviour.

Finally get the order in wait 20 mins for 3 lahmajos...had also ordered fries and hummus. Specifically said to bring them all at the same time. Lahmajo comes, gets eaten and we are still waiting.

Tell the waiter to cancel the fries and hummus and fries and pay the bill. 10 mins later brings the fries but no bill. Having reminded the waiter i had cancelled the rest of the order in front of other customers says that he would pay for the whole bill himself (???).

Shockingly slow service. Average food. Terrible customer service....

Affordable, good quality, unique, fast, healthy, food. I'm there 4-5 times a week. Love the 'Special Cheese' and 'Zatar Special' with some 'tan'. The smoking and nonsmoking dinning rooms are separated. Overall a pretty good place if you're around Kentron and want a healthy, cheap, delicious fast food. Only thing that bother me when I'm there is the pop music playing all round the place, which I really dislike (pop music when I'm eating is really annoying) but I've learnt to ignore that because the place is good. 9/10...
