I have traveled around the world and have stayed in many hotels in the United States as well, however, I’ve never been to such an exceptional Hotel as this one. It’s the 3rd time I am returning to stay here, and I am absolutely mesmerized by how wonderful it is to be here. Everything is just perfect. The bed and the sheets are so comfortable that I don’t wanna get out of the bed. I sleep a full night which hasn’t happened in the past 27 years although I have the most expensive mattress you can buy in the US. The breakfast is something that I’ve never seen in my entire life, anywhere, like anywhere in the world. They have freshly squeezed juices, honeycomb, delicatessen, and all kinds of cold cut meats, fresh vegetables and fruits and assortment of cheese from all over the world. They even have a selection of walnuts, almonds, and anything else you can think of. Their selection of fruit preserves and organic jams is just mind-boggling. High-quality bottled water is free and available anywhere in the hotel. This kind of breakfast keeps me up all day long and it’s just absolutely delicious. I have never experienced service like this anywhere in the world, including in Ritz Carlton. I am a customer for life! If you’re staying in Yerevan, you owe it to yourself to stay in this hotel. I will never stay anywhere else while I am in Armenia. I have extended my stay in Armenia by 2 weeks because I like this hotel so much, it’s crazy.

Read moreWe actually stayed THREE nights - 2 booked by our travel agent (3 & 4 Oct ) and once tour over, we stayed an extra night (5 Oct) .|1) location excellent.|2) staff very helpful; especially thise working at Reception. |3) breakfast was very good.||the negatives are:|1) Room lights not adequate enough. Definitely need more lighting in the room.|2) Bathroom door is made of sliding glass !! Stupid idea as there is no lock, there is a small gap as it does not shut fully. Most important, at night, if toilet is used, the light and toilet flushing disturbs the other person.|3) ALL toilet noises are heard in the bedroom !!|4) Table lamp is for decoration. Very low wattage. No useable light.|5) laundry list - the text requires a magnifying gflass - very faint and font size absurdly small.|6) laundry does not fold the clothes, despite request.|7) Bathroom exhaust fan does not work. With a light above you on the pot, it makes it stuffy and hot.|8) Toilet seat is cramped - between sink and glass partition of shower.|9) NO adapter available on loan. I had to go and pourchase one!|10) bellboy starts duty at 10.00 am, Nobody to help. BUT Anna, the receptionist very kindly sent...
Read moreSituated in the center of Yerevan right next to republic square, as a tourist, one experiences the true beauty of a European city. Unfortunately, this is where the positives end. A beautiful hotel from the outside. We went to this hotel when it was still branded as a Hyatt and it certainly is not. Using the word Hyatt Place gives a false perception of its standard. It is more like an Ibis hotel. The rooms are average size(like many others in Europe). The bathroom doors don't close and being made of frosted glass, are very dangerous around children. The breakfast buffet was a true let down. Barely any options other than cereal, fruit and cheeses. The omelette station isn't on demand. The breads were very low quality. Room service is fine. The service was good but once again, the food was very average. The pizza was too salty and realistically inedible. A hotel which has garnered such high ratings and having the Hyatt name was a true surprise to our family. I suspect the Holiday Inn nearby is better.
