I visited Ang's Café to redeem my free coffee after collecting 10 stamps. I asked if I could get a large oat mocha, and the young staff politely informed me they don’t offer large for the free coffee, which was fine. I then asked if I could get a small one instead.
At that point, a lady who seemed to be the owner abruptly commented, “You always order small ones,” in a rude manner. I calmly responded that I do order medium ones sometimes. Without further communication, she made my coffee in a medium cup but only filled it halfway.

Read moreNo table service, you order at the counter. Coffee is consistently good. I order lactose-free milk for my coffee. They have it. The coffee comes out almost immediately. Sometimes the selection of cakes are stale. I ordered bacon & eggs on toast once where the bread was clearly "toasted" by holding a match under it! It was bread & I didn't have time to ask for the meal again. Next time, I shall order the yummy coffee only. The waiting staff are all very pleasant, too and efficient.
